Had a great experience on Friday!! Kayla was soo nice and helpful with my return and even ordered the correct size tennis skirt for me. Didn't feel rushed at all, even though the line was kind of long. Great service from Kayla, will be returning to shop here at this location. Thank you soo much for helping! They also had the other color skirts in my size in store. Great selection.

Absolutely disappointed with this store . My mother was shopping today and they falsely accused her of stealing and called the cops . Is it because she is Hispanic?? Why would you call the cops if you have no evidence or suspicion someone is stealing? Whoever the manager was handling this situation today should get fired. How pathetic of a store to treat someone innocent like that . The police checked her bags , and she had the receipts and everything. I was not there when this happened, but my mother told me the story when I got home . It honestly broke my heart . This is so ridiculous. I would like to speak to a manager about this situation. This occurred on 02/01/2023. Count your days old navy . Trash store anyways . All the clothing is out of style.
