Phenomenal customer service and great work performed by Thomas (the owner), Johnny and Ely!
I called Thomas two weeks ago to inquire about leasing a big printer for my office, and he (along with Johnny and Ely) had my printer set up in a few days. They're all super easy to work and communicate with. I am impressed. The printer lease includes maintenance and toner.
Highly recommended. Thank you guys!

Thomas, the owner, is amazing. He quickly repaired my laptop and was responsive and communicating via phone and text. He also followed up and made sure everything was resolved. Highly recommend !!!!!!!

This place is a Gem of a computer repair store.
They are honest, fair pricing, and get the job done in a timely manner. They also kept me informed on the repair.

This place sold us on a copy machine that was like new with no issues. BEFORE setting up our machine the salesmen asked us to sign a contract that it was delivered and installed and worked perfectly (our mistake for trusting him and signing).
Upon set up and hours of trouble shooting the copier was not printing well, thinking that this would be a pain over years (since it wasent working properly) we told them this machine was not satifactory to us and wanted to return it. They say they wont take it back, I have been chasing the salesperson for weeks to help us, even offering to pay them a re-stock fee. He keeps saying its not his problem and we are now being chased by some 3rd party they sold the lease to. Salesmen will not help us at all.
BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My wife and I are not computer savvy. So we tried Thomas and Eli for help. Our Mac computer was slow as molasses and my wife's email was messed up. Eli came to our home and took it to the shop. He replaced the hard drive and cleaned up all the problems it had. 3 days later Eli brought the computer back to our home and hooked it all up. Now it's really fast and works great. I highly recommend One Stop computer shop. The guys are awesome.

My wife and I are elderly folks and not at all computer savvy. So when our computer took a dumb, we had Thomas and Eli fix it. It needed a new hard drive and other issues. Eli picked it up from our home, fixed the issue and brought it back to our home. We are so grateful to them. They are honest and professional. The price for their service was very reasonable. If we have any problems with our computer in the future we will definitely contact them again.

This is a small local "One STOP Office Solutions" business that amongst other things, repairs and sells computers and printers and maybe other related machines like scanners. I only recognize the computers and printers when I walk in. They might even do some reprogramming. Call and find out.I go here for copies and faxes for a reasonable price.Their prices are lower than other places that I've been to. For copies I just forward the attachments that I want copied to Thomas and tell him how many copies I need. He does the rest. He's also copied small manuals for me.A lovely woman came in as Thomas was finishing my job. While I was putting my stuff safely away, I heard her tell Thomas that no, she's never emailed nor texted. He was patient and I could tell that he put her at ease, while helping her.This is not a cookie cutter kind of place. You and your business are not just numbers. You matter. What you need done matters. It matters to Thomas that he can be the "solution to your office needs".Give him a call. Tell Thomas that Gloria with the walker sent you. You may not get a discount, but you'll get a smile. And you'll get a caring professional to address your office concerns.

This is a great business. Thomas provides great customer service. He cares about ensuring his clients are satisfied. He also has very knowledgeable staff on his team. I purchased an office printer and had a server installed and have been very happy with the products and service. This is a legitimate business. I highly recommend this business.
