Preland Plaza on the corner of Norwalk and Slauson in Whittier, there are a couple of great options. Personally, I appreciate the new 24-hour cannabis shop – super convenient! And my daughter loves getting her eyebrows done at The Dolphin. It's a win-win for us. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend checking it...
