I had a disappointing experience at this Ralphs location. The overall customer service was poor, and several staff members displayed a noticeable lack of professionalism. Employees seemed irritated, visibly huffing and puffing, and acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience.
In particular, the bagger showed no common sense or attention to detail. Items were handled carelessly, with no thought to proper organization or concern for damage. It felt like customer care was the last priority.
Ralphs is typically known for better standards, but this visit fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses these concerns with proper training and accountability. Customers deserve respectful, competent service. we get rid of the ones who knew how to work and keep the lazy entitled ones funny how everything is being impacted.

This is one of the best pharmacies we have used. Been a customer for over 4 years. Never too busy and the staff are super helpful. The pharmacist spent 5 minutes trying to get us a last minute prescription before we left on a vacation trip. He finally found it and ordered it as a rush for us.

Ralphs Pharmacy over charges for prescriptions. I went in to buy Albuterol and I was charged $52. After I left, I looked up prices from other pharmacies because I though I was over charged. I could have paid $15 at Rite Aid, or Walmart. What a rip off.

Way too expensive. I only come here out of convenience or if they have something on a really good sale which is rarely. Aisles are too tiny as well and now they have new wide carts. Makes no sense. I have no clue how this store is still open.

The wait time here is horrible to be assisted, I was here waiting for someone to help me out at the money gram desk but no one would come. Multiple Employees would walk past by and not even acknowledge me or let me know that someone was going to come eventually.

The best Ralph's around for me! It's one of the biggest I've been to and they have everything you need to get to it shopping done in one stop. Only thing is if you go too late in the day the meats that are on sale tend to be sold out. That's probably with any location I'm sure but not positive. The employees have all been nice and helpful. They've taken their time to help or find something that I could not and did not hesitate to help. The store is also very clean which I really like. Organization, cleanliness, and options make this Ralph's location a top one for me! Only thing I noticed the last couple times there tends to be homeless or needy people hanging out in the parking lot. The last time one guy was asking people to open their cases of waters every time he seen someone walking with it cause he was thirsty. I understand helping people but he was going up to everyone and asking to open their water to grab one, not okay. That scared a mother who had kids because I seen her face and she grabbed her kids closer to her. Other than that, great place and I recommend this establishment!

A 1 star just to get some attention on this 1 matter: The person who made the decision to get this new, way too wide, shopping carts, should be fired. The aisles in this particular store are narrow. That combined with the over sized wide carts is a bad thing. Any four grader can made a better decision than the person who is responsible for this cart choice.

This is my first & LAST time ordering a cake from Ralph's. I ordered a custom football theme cake for my sons bday and they gave me a ugly white cake that looked nothing like the picture. They literally put no effort into the design. It looked like a bland retirement cake, or something you'd pick up last minute if you forgot someone birthday. If I wanted a basic cake I wouldn't have placed an order for a specific design!

Friendly atmosphere. The Ralph employees are friendly and courteous. I don't remember ever having a bad experience there.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old mother. She does not frequent this Ralph's but enjoyed going there because of their wide selection, but after today I told her never to return. She informed me that she went to a cashier that was not busy, no customers in line. As she was placing here items on the conveyer belt, she noticed that a box of crackers she had gotten was open. She apologized to the cashier that she did not notice that the box was open. The cashier just looked at her, not saying anything, so my mother then asked, if another employee could get her an unopened box. The cashier stated, with a bit of an attitude..."no one else is around, so I guess I'll have to go get it". I know I may be knit-picking here, but I've worked in the service industry, and that is not the answer one should give a customer. Also, the cashier did not ask if my mother, again 80 years old, if she needed help taking the cart out to her car. And after the experience with asking for an unopened box of crackers, she was not going to ask for help. My mother instead took the cart out herself, and struggled to get the cases of water and soda into her car. This was very upsetting to her and to our family...what is wrong with people today?!?!? With the number of 1 stars this Ralph's has on Yelp, I truly hope corporate makes a change to the managers and lazy employees here. No one from my family will ever go back to this Ralph's again.

I enjoy the deli here, and the staff is ok, but often extremely slow. What really got me the other day was when I got there to order a sandwich, I was told that the wait would be 30 minutes, because 5 employees were in the back making platters for some corporation. So normally, they only ever have one person up front which slows things down...especially if there are people in line. However I was the only one. Do I not matter? Can they not pull one person away for 5 minutes so that I can grab food for my day? I spend a fortune here and was pretty frustrated.

I'm currently in line with only one cashier and I've seen two ppl walk by who are normally on a register just talk to the only person checking ppl out and just not acknowledging there is a 5 person line at 6:50 in the morning. I hate this Ralph's. Worst location I've ever been too.

This place smells weird, the aisles are really narrow and claustrophobic feeling, and they don't take Apple Pay. It's 2022 ya'll, come on.
