Went in to get my nails done was excited since they usually do an ok job at my gel manicure. Showed them a pic of what I wanted they stated it would be possible.
Kevin put o the acrylics he chose what shape even though. Told him oval. Then he rushed thru the whole process please see pics below. I’m a lil upset since I didn’t get what I wanted an paid for something I was planning on getting. The nails were all crooked snapped incorrectly. Break 2 days later.

I just went and got my nails done again shocked by the reviews on the same male technician I had as them. I hate nails. I want a refund. Besides the refund, I can’t fathom of how depressed I was during and couldn’t say that hated my nails to him. I can’t explain what went wrong because I was shaking. Especially when I went home crying. He told me that I asked for something too complicated for him to do, yet still it. Didn’t want to do the color I wanted and said it took way too long AND told ME just wanted to leave. Made me put the oil ON MYSELF. My hands were DIRTY WITH GLUE, ACRYLIC,DUST, GLITTER NAIL POLISH AND CUTICLE CUTS. The lady who did my pedicure was good. The moment when people do mani and pedicure. Is not great in my opinion, especially from yesterday. I couldn’t multitask when they asked me to move my hand. He was pulling my hands all over the place and yanking my arm but I was having trouble reaching. I was uncomfortable and felt uneasy to saying anything at all. I’m so tired today. 6/14/25

Not too sure where to start, but I’ve came here previously to get a pedicure and I had a great experience and paid under $40. Today I wanted to get my nails done as a reward for passing all of my finals. I was already a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews; the bad ones are poorly written and don’t show pictures, and the good ones are all written by fairly older people (mostly if not all ladies) and im sure their eyesight is not the best. I decided to give this shop the benefit of the doubt. What I asked for was: medium/short length almond nails that are light pink. I was originally given 2 options for powder only. I asked about other colors and the gentleman doing my nails said I could pick from the two. Okay, I decided to go with the more pink powder. He then began cutting my actual nails and asked if I wanted them cut after he made the first cut, it was already done so I agreed for him to cut the others. The filing was sloppy, rushed and done so in a pretty careless manner, but at this point I was trying to trust the process. He did check in every step of the way, before he started filing the actual plastic nail, I thought they looked a little too pointy but I figured he would even them out so that they would be almond shaped but I was left with stiletto. The entire process from when I walked in and out was about 30 minutes. I personally do not think that’s enough time for even the most experienced nail technician. He did not even rub the cuticle oil on my nails himself, he asked me to do it. And the shop had only 5 customers including myself; the others were all getting pedicures.
Looking at my nails now, their shape is not uniform, certain fingers have uneven cuts, some points are more rounded than others, and I really wish I would have been able to pick a different color. Below are going to be pros and cons.
Pros:
•Kind & friendly staff
•They offered me water
•relatively clean shop (I didn’t notice anything particularly dirty except for the UV lamps)
•Very fast service
•Acrylic nails aren’t done too thick on the top of the nail
•Great pedicures
Cons:
•Fast service = less attention to details even with the most plain acrylic services
•Rough with hands, nail cutting, nail filing/sanding
•Nail technician left the underside of nails dusty, thick and full of dust, excess acrylic, and excess clear polish
•Cuticles were left alone and weren’t even pushed back.
I’d like to end this by saying while I think it’s important to speak up about certain things, I should not have to coach my nail technician every single step of the way, there is a certain expectation they need to be held to as the bare minimum standard. I’ve included photos of my nails. As for pricing I paid $44 + a $5 tip given directly to the gentleman who did my nails. Feel free to make your own judgements.

I am very satisfied with the service here I will definitely be going back. I recommend Johann, she took her time on me and made me feel comfortable, great communication and was very focused. They do reconstruction on toe nails, my left big toe is acrilic. It was damaged two years ago and it never grew back the same, she made my toe look normal and real I can finally wear open shoes after two years of feeling insecure about my feet. I only payed $55 for acrilic on both my thumbs, gel and the design. They look so cute and very affordable. Thank you so much Johann ❤️

I rarely leave reviews unless I really want someone to save their money. I came here & the woman at the front desk was so friendly! I was a walk in so I expected to wait. Finally sat down & the woman began my full set & it was fine. Then she cut my finger a little, it happens I didn't mind at all. Then it continues to happen.. to every single finger on my left hand. No apologies, couldn't even bother to stop the blood just continued like it was nothing. Then the towel gets on my wet nail & she tells me I need to "pay attention." The set took maybe 15 minutes because she couldn't even bother to clean up one entire hand (only put cuticle oil on the bleeding hand) & then just got up & walked away. Didn't say a single word. Needless to say, I will never come back here.

keep in mind this is someone who is really insecure about my feet. but my friend and i are going to trip so we thought we should go in for a pedicure, right off the bat i felt uncomfortable. i sat down and took my socks off and the lady helping me straight up let out a sigh, and atp i felt bad already. but this wasn't even the worse of it. so she's cutting my nails and everything is normal and every so often she would say something and then the lady doing my friends nails would make dead eye contact with my feet so obviously i was already anxious as it is. she kept squeezing my toe like it was visibly red because of hangnail. after the acrylic is already on she goes to cut one of my hangnails out and just leaves the other ones. she cut me with the drill multiple times to the point when she put the oil on after and it burned my cuts so bad. needless to say i didn't tip her or my friend didn't tip my lady either because my friend noticed her lady being in on the lady talking about me. like if your gonna talk about me maybe don't do it when im right in front of you but also don't make it obvious. 0/10 never coming back

Great prices! Always able to squeeze a last minute appointment. My favorite nail tech moved because the commute was too far. But I still go because they are very nice and accommodating.

The only reason I didn't give this place a 1 was because I tried this place twice. The first time I had a great, friendly experience. The second time, I left feeling so embarrassed. Usually the ladies are really good at recommending nail sizes, the man that helped me was sarcastic and wasn't too helpful when I asked him questions. When I saw how short the nails where after he glued them, I didn't like them and asked if we could redo them. I would pay but he was unwilling to help me. When I turned to the person in the front to ask if someone else could do my nails, she said no. The man had raised his voice at me as if I was his daughter and was simply rude. I don't recommend this place.
