I came back to this shop because my dad recommended it after spending over one thousand dollars here on truck tires. That trust ended today. We brought in a Bridgestone tire we had saved as a backup, but after installation, it was replaced with a completely different brand without explanation.
When we went back to ask the owner if he could check the cameras or talk to the employee who worked on it, we were told to just come back another day. No apology. No accountability.
For a business that has received over $1,000 from my family, I expected at least basic customer respect. Instead, I got the feeling our loyalty meant nothing. We will not be back.

Last minute tire rotation before going on road trip. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very reasonable price and great customer service. Highly recommend this business.

Went in for a patch on a slow leak nail I had for a few weeks. Watch the workers closely one of them put a extra screw through my brand new tire so I could pay for 2 patches. I've been coming here for years since I moved to Whittier 10 yrs ago but now I can't trust this shop anymore.

Great customer service. Go to them for new tires or even if a tire needs a patch. Won't try and sell you a new tire if not needed.
