Friendly staff, warm welcoming environment, being in the Healthcare field I need my natural nails strong enough to with stand all the washing and geling, this place my nails have stayed strong and last a full month before I need to replace my gels. Wish they were closer to where I live.

I hate to be negative but this is my second time walking into this place for services and that I have been turned away. The place was empty on a Thursday afternoon and the worker (although very nice) said she has no time. I asked if I could wait and she said no. There are several nail places in the area...save time and go somewhere else.

Many mail shops welcome walk ins, as they have a desire to acquire new customers.I was in the area and stopped in and requested a mani/pedi. Nope…not today. I don’t have an appointment. It was 10am on a Thursday morning. One client was being helped at the time…no line.Well guess what? Nails shops are on every corner these days and this particular one will not be getting another visit from me. The front desk lady didn’t even try to talk me into making an appointment.One and done ✔️

Called a few days ago and was told my favorite...May would be gone for months and that they had no one else and that they would close the next day because all staff would be going to a wedding so no pedicure for me

Although the shop was close to home I didn't care too much for the service! Judy was very kind and they saw me right away. I had asked for a acrylic ombré look but i don't think she knew what she was doing. Ended up going with this. These are my nails after a week already lifting and my cuticles look horrible. I am a server so my hands are everything and I just wasn't satisfied I'm having them removed today.

I wouldn't give this place a star at all . This was a bad first impression on a new customer. I walked in on a early Saturday morning where there were people already getting their needs met , the lady that was working on a client says to wait 30 min .. I said cool I got time , I wrote my name down no problem . So 10 minutes pass and the same lady that told me to wait was free with no one else behind me or in front of me . Then another customer walks in who apparently was a regular. Walked in and got a chair for a pedicure. Then without saying a word I looked at her .. because like I said no one behind me waiting before me . So I then get told to wait another couple of minutes and I only wanted a full set . The lady that walked with no appointment just like me was well treated and taken care of before me .. everything is done in the order it was received in . If you want the best customer service go somewhere else .

I have had my pedicures done here for awhile. They usually do a good job and the salon is very clean and the techs are friendly. I work in Uptown and the location is very convenient. A few days ago I called the day before and scheduled an appointment for a pedi the next day at 12:15pm and was told no problem, she could accommodate me. I use my lunch time to go. I arrived at 12:14pm and the owner acknowledged me by name. I could clearly see that there was no one to accommodate me as the three other patrons were not near to being finished . Why schedule an appointment if you can't honor it? After waiting 10 minutes I left. So discourteous! Not even an apology. Clearly they don't care and don't need the business

Love these ladies everyone is very pleasant and nice. They always remember and greet returning customers so this place is very personal level. must make an appointment.
