waited 2 hours and still didn't get assisted. every time a new customer walked in supposedly they were here yesterday and were assisted right away. I went to Brea sleep number and was assisted right away. I purchased the i8 mattress, flex fit 2 base and smart bed frame along with pillows and sheets at Brea location with Jorge. Highly recommend going to brea for better customer service. Ask for Jorge he provided the service you want when spending $11,000 for a bed

Everyone listen up...THINK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!I didnt n wished i did. You probably already have in your mindset the miricle youve been waiting for but i promise you'll be disappointedFirst of all tthis ia a air mattress. The air is what holds you up and is pumped into the matress with tubes. Tubes can mold air can leak pumps can break then what also you cant tuck the sheets like hospital corners or move the bed to a different wall etc.just dont do it do your homework read reviews

We recently got a sleep number bed. Damien, the manager was so helpful when I came back to the store to get help with the correct setting. The app is pretty neat and helpful to see what type of sleep you're getting. I informed the manager my pillow was too thick when we had the headboard up in the snore or zero G position. He said we could swap it out for sure and made a recommendation on which one I should get based on being a side sleeper. He also showed me how the bed adjusted when I lay down to support my back or anything else that's experiencing pressure. Highly recommend.

So, this is our first time purchasing a sleep number bed. And, I actually purchased it as a birthday gift for my husband, who is turning 50 this December. Sadly, my experience with the so called store manager was minimal, I guess because I'm a woman and my husband was present. The only time he addressed me was when I was looking at the sheets and duvets they offer. The bed arrived today as my husband chose but the delivery men decided to inform my husband to remove our base board because we didn't need a double base, according to what they thought. I came home to see a $2000 sleep number bed on my bedroom floor, that won't allow room for a nice comforter set which "women" know includes a bed skirt. Now sadly my husband is rearranging the bed himself and we are angry at each other. I will never visit or purchase anything from this store again and much less speak to this machoquisic store manager.

****Do not buy a bed from sleep number*** There customer service is awful and so is there warranty. I have only had my bed for 1 1/2 years and it’s deflating. My sleep number is 45 but it deflates throughout the night to a 15. So I called customer service so they can send someone to fix. But I was told that I would have to pay for someone to come out to fix my bed even though when I purchased my $8,000 bed I was told that the 1st 2 years it’s covered 100%. I was never told it only covers parts. They are misleading the customer to make a sale and that’s not right. If I would have know this I would not have purchases a sleep number bed.

The product is excellent (so far) but the company is not responsive when they do not perform a service that was paid for. Unless something changes, I will not do business with Sleep Number ever again. We purchased a Sleep Number bed from this location on 8/21. The sales process was fine, but everything since demonstrates a non existent customer service function. They have my money, they are done. Things go wrong in life, how the company responds makes all of the difference. I won't relay the multiple small issues the delivery process. I will focus on one key item. Bottom line we made a commercial agreement that included the removal of our old mattress. When the bed was delivered, they refused to take the old mattress. My wife called to complain, and they agreed to refund $200. My wife accepted that but said that it was insufficient and asked to escalate the issue. She was cut off before talking with anyone further. I went to the store to follow up and received profuse apologies but no further satisfaction or path forward. I returned home and called the customer service group again. After 2 hours on hold and 2 escalations, received no further consideration. I am not trying to profit from this situation or looking for a bunch of money, I just want to be provided with a nod to customer satisfaction after paying $7,400 for a bed! There is none. This feels like a bait and switch to me. Certainly, Sleep number has not demonstrated any concern that I am satisfied as a customer. If this is indicative of the sleep number customer satisfaction approach, and I have problems with this product in the future, I have no confidence that I will be supported. As a final attempt to resolve the issue, I left a message with the corporate offices and will update my review if I receive a response.

Was referred by the parentals. I am clueless when it comes to bed shopping. I just know I want to be comfortable and you truly have to invest in your comfort. This is the first time I got a smart bed so I was excited. I walked in the showroom and was greeted by Jorge. He was very nice and welcoming. He made sure I didn't leave without truly trying every mattress to get a better understanding of what I needed. And after we were done, I never knew what I truly needed till I met him. I learned a lot also. I was excited from the start because they give you a presentation of how a regular mattress is and they will change the numbers so the mattress starts adjusting to your pressure points. It was love at first rest! I loved how I wasn't pushed or pressured and I really took my time to try out different numbers and I would lay on a bed for a while but Jorge was totally fine with it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my bed that day because it was only him on the floor so I came in the next day. But I came with a sold mindset of what I wanted so it was great! When I came in, I saw him and his store manager named Alan. Alan was very helpful also! Especially when it came to setting us up how we would be paying financially. He really seemed like he cared more about making payments easier for us then trying to sell. Neither of them pushed products on us. They would ask but didn't try to pressure. I would highly recommend coming here because it's rare to say you walked out happy after you made a big purchase. I can go home and have a peace of mind knowing I am taken care of.

Had a great experience here and bought the best replacement pillow. The salesman was very helpful and nice and we had great conversation. I recommend this place. I have scoliosis and back/neck problems so they helped me find the right pillow. I am now getting much better sleep.
