Terrible internet, lots of pixilation and slow internet - they have been out to "fix " it many times. Its Garbage. Try to do business in there office, forget it. They are so slow and seem lazy. You wait while maybe 1 or 2 guys take care of customers at a very slow pace....meanwhile the manager just walks around doing nothing.

Mobile services on unlocking cell phones they sell you is horrendous!! I've escalated my ticket 3 times. The reps keep speaking to a supervisor that states its next in line to get fixed but all false promises!

Good day for the people at Spectrum I have a complaint 6 months we been having outages with you guys yes what is going on with you guys I don't understand why same with our residents of The City of La Habra Heights CA USA is because of your leadership team what is going on down there our residents are being cheated by Spectrum this is not the service that our residents are excepting from Spectrum you suck some of our residents are paying a service that you guys don't deliver thank you me and my city will make you accountable for your actions because this happened 6 months My City is thinking of switching us out from you guys to AT@T or Cox

Nothing personal against the store, but Spectrum service for their mobile phones is at a very poor level. It "runs out of data" every single month. You have to wait a few weeks sometimes before your monthly data resets.I've complained to them before and they say it's because they are "still growing" and that "as the network continues to improve, the data will improve."Well guess what, it's 2023 and I need to work now, not when they improve.I came over from AT&T and I will be leaving Spectrum now. The service is that bad.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Walked ti an extreme RUDE worker JIMMY was very unfriendly and RUDE saying sign in. Because there's other people waiting The worse part is an elderly gentleman didn't sign in electronically and was there before me- when it was my turn noticed he was still waiting so told him my and he said ya because he didn't sign in and now he's in the back of the line- WTH?! He has a caneTold him so the right thing he's older man His response was he signed him In - UNBELIEVABLE!

I had been with Spectrum for TV, Internet, and phone for so many years. Their rate kept going up every once in a while with hidden fees all the time. Also, they had contract issues blackout with other program providers. I was finally fed up and canceled the services once in for all. They even charged me the entire month of my last bill which was used only one day of the cycle. No way I will ever go back period.

Please don't do it! I switched to pay $19 less than Frontier. BIG REGRET. Spectrum service is horrible. SLOW. INTERRUPTED SERVICE AREA OFTEN. I am switching today. No Service again.

My Spectrum internet is so bad my signal goes in and out now it just started this year and I've never had it this bad where I can barely watch streaming apps or play my Xbox this is ridiculous considering I'm paying full price every month I need a better box or better signal and I'm not paying extra for it.

They have a good check-in system but allow people to walk in and get involved answering questions while others waiting for their turn have to just watch & wait. I was there to turn in equipment as instructed to do so by Spectrum's customer service. The clerk there told me she couldn't give me a receipt for them, so I decided not to leave the equipment. I called Spectrum & was told to send them via UPS.

It's not about this specific spectrum store, it's about this company, spectrum. I used to use ATT, but they are getting more pricey, so I thought maybe it's a good time to try out something less expensive but also good. When I first went into the store, the sales and people in there were nice, they started to tell me how good spectrum was and what they are comparable to other internet carriers. So I got a very good price with my internet and mobile bundle with spectrum. When I was using ATT, I got a 300 mbps, and it works fine and quick. With Spectrum, since I know they might run little slower, so I got a 1000mbps plan, and the lady even told me most likely they run more than 1000. So if you get 1000, you probably getting 1100mbps, so I left like other happy customers. BUT when I download the speed check app on my phone, a 1000 mbps only runs up to less then 400.....I called them and they said the plan is 1000, but it sometimes due to the signal around my area....LOL ok...fine...But It's been about two months now, this week the home internet went off twice, I was watching TV and all a sudden the TV disconnected...my cousin was doing homework online...THIS NEVER happened to ATT...Neverless, the mobile network is running crazily slow! I couldn't even log into my bank app! This is crazy and I have never had experience this situation with ATT.....I am not sure what happened, but I am pretty sure I am going to switch soon....Also! One of my friend had canceled the service with them, but a month later spectrum mail her a letter, and ask her to pay more than 200 for her bill, but she has already cancelled it. Plus! The plan she had with spectrum wasn't even that expensive!!! She even called spectrum and check the account number, it wasn't even the one she used before!!! And spectrum said, it's for sure her service so she needs to pay, if not, she can file a claim with the police and send spectrum back a repot. So it took her three months to cancel something she didn't purchase!! ITS CRAZY!!I even thought maybe someone in the shop needed to meet their goal for the month, so they used my friend's information to register another account and forgot to cancel it.

We pay our bill in person, and this is the closest place, for the most part, customer service is ok, there's one lady in there, who goes above and beyond, as far as helping you, and being friendly about it..could you imagine, ONE..everybody else that is working, is sitting there, obviously disgusted with there job..like it's our fault that they must work for Spectrum..yesterday we went to pay our bill, and the wait was way to long, so I, tried using the automated system..as I was obviously having trouble, the employee's just stared at me another customer that was waiting thanked God helped me..

I went in without an appointment. I waited in queue for about 10 mins to pick up a new modem and router. Ryan was efficient and helpful. Installing the equipment was super easy with the spectrum app.

After seeing the 3.1 stars they have on Google maps wasn't sure what to expect but quick and friendly service was what I received.
