I visited the Staples store today for office supplies and a print job, and unfortunately, I had a highly disappointing experience. Despite encountering issues with the printers, the gentleman at the printing counter seemed uninterested in helping, claiming there was nothing he could do. The lack of effort and dismissive attitude left me frustrated. Regardless, I kept my composure and continued to search for further assistance. Even though the cashier attempted to assist, her suggestions didn’t resolve the problem. Her attitude was great compared to the other employee I interacted with. Regrettably, my overall impression was one of poor customer service. What surprised me most was the absence of any offer for a refund for the misprints, a service I’ve received in the past.I hope this feedback helps Staples improve their customer service standards.I used to a bad person and get really ugly with people in situations where I would be frustrated because they didn’t meet my expectations, I learned to bite my tongue and channel that energy to express myself through leaving reviews. It’s just 1 strangers opinion anyway… hope this helps.

I frequently come here to purchase items and supplies for my office since I now work from home. During the pandemic I used their curbside service, which was great. The staff are professional, attentive, and very helpful. I've never had any issues with the items I've purchased and they've always been of good quality and worth the price I paid. I recently found out that I can return certain items I've purchased online here and have used those services. It's close to my house and the process is very efficient.

Nathalie at Staples provided an outstanding level of assistance when my wife and I needed to print our blueprints. This is one of my worst experiences ever since I became disabled. It was at the Staples store# 0228 where I was instructed by The Gap to take a return. On Sunday 12/10/23, I went to this Staples in Whittier, the male at the counter asked about the return code which I proceeded to look for, then the store phone rang and the person "helping me" left to answer. I waited and waited till others approached and asked if anyone was helping me. I replied you would think that a customer at the store should have priority". I could see how the male employee was going back and forth from the isles to the phone, so when they saw/heard me share my thoughts about the lack of care and lack of customer service another associate came to assist. I repeated what I had just said and her response added to my aggravation. She said that the policy was "first come, first serve" If that was really their policy then the male should have completed the transaction since I was there first. Their poor excuse was that I didn't have the code but it didn't take me any time to find it on my phone. The male's name is Morris.

The kids and I enjoying coming here for school supplies. Sometimes I come here for business purposes. But either way the employees are amazing and always have everything we need. Always clean and we are always greeted when we come in.

It's a nice store filled with office, art, and school supplies in the Quad Center. I might get even more inspired to write my own children's books from Once A Butterfly I planned on.

I was here on Black Friday, just walking around. I found a lot of deals on the Clearance rack. They had so many things that I didn't know I needed at a major discount. Vincente helped me at the register log in to my account and also showed me how to access other Staples Rewards Programs. He went over and beyond to show me how to get coupons and how to help me get money for my local school. I was so appreciative that he took the time to help me.

Ok, this is a local spot. And to be honest, they staff always delivers! The have awesome Customer service, and have always been so friendly and helpful...especially the printing center!!! Ashley, came through for my daughter and I on a Saturday night one hour before closing. This mama lion was stressing, because of course I feel like I am tech savvy and this frustrated me so much! but Ashley kept her patience with me and totally walked me though step by step of how to print the files from my daughters chrome book. Honestly she saved me from a melt down! I am tempted to call corporate and let them know how helpful and patient really made me feel taken care of and fended of a legitimate panic attack/meltdown. Thank you!

Horrible services, I went to print 3 certificates the girl at the printing center told me I have to wait 1 hour when there was no one there ! I asked to speak with the manager she told she was the manager . She came back with a guy who unpleasantly print the 3 certificate for me and told me next time he wouldn't be able to help me like that again that I would have to wait . I print some papers for some reason the printing machine didn't have the option to do double sided I ask for help to a girl who had short hair with glasses who was so helpful with me but couldn't make it work so the girl (manager ) said she'll do it for me when she handed me the papers gave it to the guy who helped me unpleasantly to print the 3 certificate, when I came to work and check the double sided papers she mix everything page 4 was on page 1 double sided in one page . Really bad experience. But I give 5 star to the girl with glasses with short hair she gave me excellent customer service and the cashier were so happy and helpful!

Staples is a place where I rely on many times to get prints done, but unfortunately their customer service is non-existent. The manager was staring, undressing every female customer as they walked in. Totally inappropriate. That same employee was rude to me when I tried getting the warranty that I initially didnt want in the first place when I bought an item a year ago. 60 dollars towards a false promise that they couldnt keep. Nevertheless maybe having the manager get retrained or fired will get this particular a better rating.

I tend to really just go in to staples for printing services and the staff has been helpful when I have gone in. I think if you're doing a big job it can get pricey but for a few pages here and there it's fine.

Andrew in the print shop is a real pro. Staples is lucky to have him. Pay that man all the money! He's the reason your shop is head and shoulders above the rest in the area.

February 6, 2022 to stop by to pick up the tax seed in for a 2021 wild hair decide to check out some desk chairs they had a great sale going on we got two really nice chairs for 60 bucks each after our staples advantage discount. Great location they always provide excellent customer service and always has what I need in stock I recommend that location
