Well I used to love going into T-Mobile to pay my bill for every time I go in I get chairs $5 I usually get locked up my account online so I have to call customer service so I get charged $5 don't make enough money off our bills that they have to charge us for every little thing money hungry companies

I had called the Whittier T-Mobile around 1:00pm on Labor Day, to possibly switch from my current carrier to T-Mobile, talked to a girl, asked me if I can call back in 30 min. No problem, they were busy, so I called back at 2:02pm, a guy answered, had a little communication problem, asked me if he can put me on hold. Said ok, figuring was gonna look up the pricing. Never got back to me, on hold for 20min straight. That is bad business, could of got on the phone to tell me he's looking or busy or something. But nothing. If this is the way they do business, don't want them. They just lost a customer.

Amanda did a great job helping me set up my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. She was very friendly and informative! She showed me the difference between screen protectors as well since I was on the fence about the privacy one. Also helped me return/exchange my old iPhone :) Probably the best experience I've had at this T-Mobile and I've been coming here for years so that says a lot! Lol

I was helped by Brian S. which deserves 5 stars across any day!! I'd give him 10 stars if I can. He was very helpful, very friendly, & answered all my questions to satisfactory!!! He took his time to do EVERYTHING for me so I don't have to! I recommend this store any day!!!!

I needed help to purchase a phone they were no help at all. Too many young kids working there. I do not recommend this T-Mobile. The one in Whittier the quad very polite very hospitable and very well trained.

I went in yesterday to see if I wanted to make the switch to T-MOBILE and the ladies up front were so helpful! They explained how the switch would work, they were super friendly, accommodating in answering all my questions and we made the switch happen. It was a super easy process and I even got an upgrade on my phone. Thank you so much to those ladies!!

There some guys in the night shift really rude!!, first they don’t have the knowledge about cellular data or old phones , they just want to sell new phones with the same speech we listen in tv and media…. I walked in speaking out in Spanish looking for some help for a secondary phone, they were talking to each other in English pretending I didn’t notice their conversation …. My old phone has been over seas and working with some 5g SIM cards in other countries ….. They were just saying excuses just because they didn’t know what to do …. They were just like : it’s an old phone nothing to do here ….They didn’t do anything there even with a problem I’ve had with my user name they were saying excuses …. This company needs to hire people with real knowledge or at least training them… no just training to sell phones!!!I’ve attached the proof!!! That my old phone is still working in 2021 even with your 5g SIM card !!! For the guy who was saying this phone was old and no working ??????????????

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Brian and Fernando. From the start until the end they were so professional,courteous, and helpful. They helped me with adding a new line. They made it all so simple. I love T-Mobile and all these employees at this store. Keep up the good work guy's.

I went in to tmobile on telegraph and carmenita yesterday. I was helped by Josie. She was very nice and made feel switching to tmobile was the best decision. Thanks for being so nice and great personality and customer service. She hooked up my 3 lines and switched my previous phone numbers to my new tmobile phones. Once again thank you.
