Extremely unreliable! Am supposed to be getting my Worker's Compensation checks and other important paperwork mailed here and it is NEVER sorted on time. It varies from Friday mornings to now Monday mornings!! I NEVER know when to expect my mail... very unprofessional! Also very stressful for my financial situation.

I should have written this a long time ago. I had a box with Reed for years and years before I moved to Texas. Reed is awesome. If you ever need any assitance with shipping or a mail box, copying and so much more, go see Reed. Keep your money in Whittier and support small businesses.

My scanner was acting up at the home office and I needed to find a place to scan 30 pages ASAP! This place came up as recommendation on Yelp in the City of Whittier! Because it is a small business I didn't have to wait in line or deal with crowd's. The man behind the counter was very professional and took care of the scanning for me. Thank you Sir. Ill be back soon.

Very conveniently located in Uptown Whittier. Reasonable prices on shipping. Right in time for the holidays! The owner, Sergio, is very courteous and goes the extra mile to help you! The PO boxes are also less expensive than the Post Office!

Sergio was very helpful and kind. He made sure all my printing was done correctly. This place is homey and you don't feel like a stranger at all when you come and get papers faxed or printed. I would definitely pick this place over FedEx or staples

Found this place on Yelp on a Tuesday morning - I needed to make a copy before heading to the post office and Sergio quickly helped me. He was courteous and friendly. He said he wouldn't typically charge for a one page copy but accepted a donation. He recently acquired this place so any reviews from some time ago may not reflect the new ownership/management. I would recommend for copying services. It seems like folks can rent mailboxes here and ship packages.

Did business with Uptown Mail & Parcel for about 10 years until I moved. The man who owns and runs the place is always willing to go the extra mile. Working with him through the years has been a positive experience. He is very friendly and efficient. When I changed my mailing address and moved my mailing address to another U.S. Postal office near where I moved, I was sad because I felt like this little business became so much like a place I would miss. I do miss the friendly personal service Reed provides. The U.S. Postal office where I have my mail delivered now is impersonal. If I have a question about my mail, I now have to wait in line to even talk to the postal clerks. I put in forwarding address when I moved, but some packages and letters tend to drift into Uptown Mail & Parcel. Reed still takes the time to call me and let me know I have mail at his place. I gave him my contact information and even after almost a year of not using his mail store, he still takes the time to watch over my mail for no fee. Can't get better than that! I read on of the reviews by Jes M who said she called The Uptown Mail place at 4:55 p.m. and the owner said the store closed at 5pm &when she started asking a question, he hung up. Reid has never hung up on me and is always friendly and courteous. If the woman wanted to keep talking, that was her problem, as he has to take some time to close the store by 5 pm. I'm sure he told her to call back the next day. Some people just don't understand being courteous involves being respectful of other people's time frames. For example if she did business with the U.S. Postal service, they turn off their phone promptly & lock the doors at closing time.. Reid was probably trying to get his phones turned off when she called. I think she was rude and inconsiderate to write him a poor review based on her unrealistic expectations! Reid goes out of his way to help people, but when it's time to close.....it's time to close.

No stars I called to ask a question at 4:55pm and the guy who answered the phone was rude, immediately said that they close at 5 then when I started asking a question he hung up on me! Very rude!
