Visited today 3/6/25 at 12:00pm. The male employee behind the counter was rude, and when I was asking a question, spoke over me in a condescending rude manner. He was a complete jerk and looked bothered I was there (I was the only customer at the time). I wish they would do periodic undercover visits to see how these employees treat customers. Thneed to be evaluated for their customer satisfaction.

went there two times at 12:45ish. the first time was no problem, the second time the employee was on an hour long lunch break so I had to go to another post office. not sure if this happens frequently but you may need to call to see if anyone is there during lunch time.

I use to love this post office, friendly customer service. Now they have this guy who is miserable with zero people skills. Having to avoid this place is a bummer because it's my local post office. After checking the reviews I can see why. Now to look into Carrier pigeons on Amazon.

I usually visit the post office located at Whittwood Shopping Center to send my packages. However, during my recent visit, I stopped by a different location while on the road to drop off two packages. The USPS clerk named Anthony, did not greet me and instead pointed towards the secure door to put my package in. When I informed him that I did not require a box as per the return instructions, he seemed unhappy and asked me what he should do with the packages. This behavior was a contrast to my previous experiences at the Whittwood location, and I felt frustrated and angry. While I understand that the location may not be in an excellent area, it is not an excuse for poor customer service. I advise avoiding this location if you want a good day.

I had to do a return and really wasn't prepared. I had the items in a see through bag it came in and the returned label in hand. Anthony offered to pack and label the bag for me. Made my day! THANK YOU!

I really don't want to tell people about this post office because it's never busy and the employees are fast and efficient! The only drawback is that the parking is tight and there are a lot of homeless hanging around the 7-11.

Lobby hours are different from cashier hours. You can still go inside and drop off stamped mail during lobby hours. Priority mail boxes and envelopes are free. If you prepaid shipping online and have a label on package you don't have to stand in line, just walk up to the window and insert your package in the glass box.

Mediocre service, been coming to this USPS office for over 20 years, service sucks. Reps can careless about your mail, your problems or packages. I took a package the other day, and it was 4:59, they close at 5pm, doors were already closed. Told the rep the package did not fit on the drop box, told me to take it to uptown office!! Really??? All he had to do was open window and take package.
