(This occurred on the afternoon of Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024). I was sending some fragile items to a friend who had just gotten married (2 mugs and a frame) and the frame and one mug were received broken. According to my friend, who told me that just now, there were NO fragile stickers on the box. The lady who was assisting me on Wednesday saw those items when I was selecting a box, and I told her as well that these are fragile, she also saw me with a bundle of bubble wrap so I would make sure the box would be as protected as possible. Well upon checking out and the thing on the screen about hazardous materials, fragile items, liquids, etc. popped up and she said “I know you have fragile items but you can press no because this is mostly asking about liquids.” I was suspicious of that but stupidly pressed no anyway. So idk what she was thinking but I won’t come back. Had I pressed yes, I think that box would’ve had fragile stickers on it and the handlers would’ve been more careful.

Walked in and no employee's at the counter- stood there for about 5 mins (FED EX was there as well waiting), finally Hilda walked from the back she started to help me and as she was helping(I was on the clock, there for work) more people started to form a line she asked me to step to the side so she could help the other people not because there was an issue or any such thing just because she her exact words were this is taking too long and I want to clear the line out. I step to the side - she helped 2 people and called me back up to the counter continued helping me and again asked me to step to the side I told her I am on the clock I need to get to my office she said well next time go to a different Post Office she will ONLY help with 5 pieces of mail at a time. I did let her know I will be calling the Post Master and she did not care just said go to a different Post Office.

The customer service here is horrible, I walked in waited in the long line patiently intentionally to receive a tracking number for the packages I was returning to assure they make its way back to the seller. Finally when it's my turn the women in the photo says ok have a good day, I asked for a receipt she said "oh we don't do that", I told her I've came to this location last week and literally received one from the employee no problems or questions asked. She literally called the next person and just ignored me, now my packages have not been found 5 days later!!!!

Just left this post office. Way different from wtf Im used to. Because the parking lot is shared with quite a few businesses in this shopping complex (Santa Fe Plaza). So there is always somewhere to park. When you enter the post office, its like a ghost town. Because it was empty af. Only one person was ahead of me. Hilda was my cashier. She was cool. No problems. Besides Southgate location, this is the only other post office that got a 4 star rating from me.

This place is a joke they rarely answer the phone if u come here don't expect any good service hopefully one day a private company will take over and do a better job.

When I complain once they decide not to bring the mail for the whole street for the past three days. Such a shame. Racist usps driver with too many benefits decided not to deliver my package because they couldn't find my address supposedly but I know the guys is white fat and racist and could find my address to leave a note to pick up the package at usps but he couldn't lift the package that weighs like fifty pounds or less. What a weak piece of s**** You muthafuckers get to many handouts for being lazy all day and miserable and ungrateful. Your lucky you have a job people need mail for important certain mail yet you guys lack the expertise and welcoming power to endure life line long complaints that will always head your way. Learn to deal with your issues not put us away! Such a shame. No wonder no one gets laid and nothing gets done.

Linda & Hilda need to get fired or retrained cause they're rude af. Hilda basically yelled at some girl today in front of everyone. She was asking for her tracking number cause she had lost it. She went to Linda first and she didn't help and got out of line. Then she went to hilda and she made her get out the line so she could help other people first. Poor girl she seems so embarrassed and stressed.
