Best USPS!!! The workers there are always friendly and always give a little treat to my package helper (kids 😉). They go above and beyond and are so patient with all the packages I drop off. 🙌🙌

Im am always worried/anxious going into most federal buildings cause most of them in my experience dont make customers service a priorty. BUT Everyone at this post office is super kind and easy to work with. I drop off A LOT of packages and receive them there too. They are always very patient with me and take care of my orders. Kat is the person I engage with the most and she is a delight to see everytime of go. Even during the I'm sure tough holiday season. Great Place To Do Mail ?

Great local PO. Very nice people who give great customer service! If you’re nice to people they will be nice to you!I have used this PO for 30 years and every service they offer. I’m so happy I have a local PO to mail packages. Thank you for your service.

This is my preferred post office. It's close by, rarely a huge line, never any problems. Cat deserves a raise-always kind, helpful, smiling, and gave my son stickers and a toy today!

I just went to go mail packages from my small business which I do at least three times a week at this location. I have never put a return address on these packages because it is from my small business and I have over 100,000 followers online that I do not want knowing my personal address after they purchase things from my website, I have never had any problems in the past as it is not required by law to put a return address as it stays on the USPS website, but I was told today that I would not be able to mail it if I did not put my private residence address on my small business

SO many unfair, mean-spirited reviews that I'm compelled to respond and defend our local post office. I use it regularly, and always get excellent customer service--thank you to the Staff! What's more, lines are considerably shorter than at other post offices, and it has long SATURDAY hours! (Do the complainers have ANY idea how rare that is?) We're lucky to have them.

They charge more here. I have sent 100 boxes under 2lbs from the other two offices in Whittier and paid less than here. I was charged upwards of $5 extra for the same box. I don't know who to contact regarding Pricing but it should be the same prices at every office

When you Google Saturday hours, it shows they close at 4 pm. Showed up at 3:01, and they weren't allowing people in, only out. When I asked why, because it wasn't near 4pm yet, the rude lady at the door, pointed to a print out they had taped on their door/glass/window, showing they close at 3. I tried to inform her that their google hours are incorrect, as there was another lady next to me, trying to ship something out, saying the same thing as I was...she completely ignored us and kept rudely saying "closed", while pointing at the sign.

I have the USPS Informed Delivery where I get an email every day showing pictures of each and every piece of mail I am going to get. At least 5 times a month I'm missing important mail, Bills, Jury duty notices etc. Their going to put themselves out of business
