Worst service ever, I waited in my car until 6:59 this morning only so they can open the door late to customers. We are on their time the lady who had the keys quickly said "i'm sorry i was talking to someone regarding restrooms". Ok walk in thru the bakery no bollilos ready. So o walked to the packaged meat department there's a lady going over things w a meat cutter. They see me and do not even hesitate to acknowledge i'm trying to get meat. I walk around the produce department grab a few things, which i can admit department was good.Go back and ask please excuse can i grab a package of meat. They don't acknowledge simply just move a little out my way. I go back and they to bakery they are barely putting things in. As i get to the register I kindly told Lisa i was a little frustrated. She has a answer for every concern. She said i came to early and the bakery normally doesn't have bread ready. Then i said i know but beech went through that in the department. She had a smart remark and ask have you've ever been here before" ok meaning too bad. It's unfortunate they have zero customer service. People time is valuable they aren't on your time. Can't believe that they have a theory of we're on their time

The Northgate Market in La Habra has better quality than this Vallarta Market. The employees in this Vallarta Market are rude. The food taste horrible. I highly recommend going to Northgate in La Habra. The employees there are friendly.

Love the fresh meat food, especially the tortillas corn tortillas in particular, the Mexican, sweet bread, and the staff is very friendly with strongly recommend shopping here.

AVOID THIS PLEACE AT ALL COST! What a huge let down. We are from out of state and came here hoping for good service. We ordered chicken and carne asada party trays for 200 for our daughters wedding on a Thursday September 7. The wedding was Saturday September 9th. When we asked how many a trays served the ladies at the counter had no idea and were condescending with their answers. However, they assured us it would be ready by 6:00pm Saturday. We arrived at 5:45 to pick up the food. By 6:00pm nothing was ready and they proceeded to tell us were out of the chicken we ordered TWO DAYS PRIOR. Are you kidding me!!!! After 50 minutes late we got whatever they had which was pork and carne asada. This was a huge miss for the wedding! Our guests started to leave out of hunger. We spent $1400 for food not ready and not what we ordered. WE WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN THEY RUINED THE WEDDING !! Word to the wise do NOT order food here!!! Horrible service!!!!

I ordered a couple soups from the food counter and also chicharrón; all had no flavor and I can tell it sat around for the day. It was very disappointing.

Vallarta Whittier.I am so disappointed to know that the butcher at this store packaged (double bagged) without hesitation 4 pounds of meat of my request that was clearly spoiled!!I got home and as I opened the package of the meat I was hit with the strong foul bitter spoiled meat scent. It's hard to believe this young man (the butcher)had no idea the meat was spoiled, as the foul oder was strongly pronounced and more so when it was shuffled around.IT ANGERS ME TO THINK PEOPLE CAN BECOME/ARE SICK OVER SOMEONES CARELESSNESS!**I was given a full refundI refuse to shop there again.

I order through Uber eats every time I have ordered I put on the special instructions To please add condiments like cilantro, onion Had a a party and messed up my dinner This is happened to me 3 times So when ordering the family meal for birria Might want to go your self to pick up or make sure you have at home for back up The people at the register preparing orders don't care

I don't normally come in here groceries because they are a bit pricey but after today's visit...I don't think I'll buy their house made food again. Purchased 4 telera rolls for $3.00 and it was completely hollow. I thought maybe one was a fluke so I cut another one...it was hollow and green!

We ordered a custom cake from the bakery two days before the day we needed it which was on 7/15. We requested it have "Happy Birthday Jackson" on it. Instead, they wrote "Happy birthday JACKON." Our pick up time was at 4:30 and the party was at 7pm. It was a horrifying discovery and an embarrassment. I know it is also our fault for not throughly checking before leaving. But seriously. Jackon isn't even a name I've ever heard of.... This cake was expensive and didn't even have the correct name on it!Update: email they provided for customer service was invalid.

We buy some fud today it was ogly taste like super salty and the tacos to dry and simple just a chicken albondigas and 3 tacos $26.00 dollars to spencive and the servise to poor I never came back

I went to buy a homemade burrito, it was yummy and big size for the price. They have tables and chairs to sit inside. This is my 2nd time eating there, I notice many people go there to buy their meals to take home.
