“This vet staff is so efficient and kind. I brought my senior cat for coughing / heavy breathing and the doctor was very helpful guiding me through the best options.
I would recommend an appointment because they can get busy, they are very good after all so I see why they have so many patients.

Make sure you read reviews! Another walk-in vet had a very rude receptionist. Also they still did film X-rays (outdated as hell) and never emailed me the blood panel I requested. They were also about the same price range as this vet but not worth it at all.”

“From the time I came in the staff was cheerful accommodating to all my questions. I brought my kitten for a checkup and was so impressed that I made another one for my German shepherd. The care they gave my dog was above excellent. Dr.Wu was very kind and informative. The treatment is working and he is doing so much better. Thank you ?”

“Edit: The same baby I brought in the first time, I had to bring them in because he couldn't walk with his hind leg anymore and we feared he was either in the beginning of saddle thrombus or nerve damage in his spine. Unfortunately, they don't do mri here and ct scans are through a truck they must call in. They do have a payment plan with Cherry. And I was completely prepared to do a plan through cherry because I was approved for a huge amount to pay for the CT scan but they weren't available until next week and I was advised this seems like a time sensitive issue with my baby. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep forever all because other specialized animal hospitals in the area with mri's do not have payment plans. I do keep thinking if I made the right choice but I didn't want my baby to eventually suffer because I didn't have thousands of dollars to even get him an mri. But I will say that they gave me all the time I wanted with my baby in the room. I do wish I had come in with the same dr satleghi. I was seen by someone else. He showed love to my cat. Also I paid for a second opinion fee that is 95$ because I had taken him to another emergency hospital the night before.

If you come here, definitely ask to make an appointment when Dr. Satleghi is in. He's great, he helped me and my cat when I was worried a growth in his mouth was possibly cancerous. Thank goodness it wasn't but he explained everything and wasn't pushy at all in payment or anything. I was given an invoice for the surgey cost and spent a bit of time gathering funds for it. I can't say for the other vets at this clinic but my experience with Dr. Satleghi was great.”
