Don’t waste your money. They’re cheap parts that look cool but break really fast. Won’t warranty them when they brake, or offer solutions to fix them even for purchase.

Not a good.company to deal with, bought a complet widebody kit from them, no instructions with kit, watched You Tube to see how people were installing these kits, and lots of.people were.losing pieces after installing. Ended up losing a piece and they wanted over $400 just for a small quarter panel flare, no choice but to buy it. The company is 120 miles.from where we live and it has been over 10 days with no part and shipping has not updated. My advice is to buy from somewhere else!!! Update, they overnighted a wrong part that took 4 days, now waiting another 5 days for what they say is overnight.You cant even make up a worse story.

This company is a rip off on the products that they sell. I ordered a demon style hood from these incompetent people and the black plastic vent is somewhat bent and will not snap into place properly. So I called and they told me that they do not have extra vents to send out to replace the defective piece.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BUY ANY HOODS FROM.

Terrible misleading ads and customer service. I tried to use their "HAPPY4" supposed discount, but everything i wanted to buy conveinatly wasnt on the advertised discount. When contacted , you cant get a person either.

This is by far the worst experience by any vendor I’ve ever had in my entire life. I ordered the carbon fiber steering wheel for my 2020 F250 almost a year and a half ago. Not only was I misinformed on my purchase, which caused a six week delay by the time it was resolved, but I was shipped the incorrect steering wheel.
After I had the steering wheel installed by a professional automotive shop, I was informed that there were two holes in either side of the column. These were apparently made for paddle shifters which I did not order. It has now been over a year and I am still waiting for the paddle shifters that Vicrez, finally offered to send me as compensation for all of the misunderstandings and miscommunications. That was 9 months ago!
After every excuse in the book, I am still waiting for the shifters to get here. I was told two weeks ago that they were shipping them out and was even given a tracking number. As of today, the tracking number does not even exist and is not active and I have yet to get a response as to the paddle shifters whereabouts.
This is by far the sorriest excuse for customer service I’ve ever encountered. I will never purchase another product from this place of business. Lies upon lies and more excuses than you’ve ever heard in your life. The blame was always shifted onto someone that coincidentally doesn’t work there anymore. If I could give less than one, I certainly would.

The worst place to order anything terrible customer service. I ordered a carbon fiber hood from them, It arrived to me, shattered like a forklift, crushed it. I sent them photos and asked for a refund, and they told me to live with it because it was still functional. Vicrez is the Most Dishonest crooked place to do Business with.

Bought gloss carbon rear diffuser for Dodge Challenger. Part had to many defects to mention, plus did not fit. Had to pay outta pocket to return trash product. Stay clear of this horrible company, there is no quality control and when you return their terrible product they will hold your money hostage for weeks! Run from this company.... RUN!!!!

So I bought some rear diffusers for my c7 back in November 2023. I live in Canada and it was winter so I stored them at my storage. A couple weeks ago I dropped them off at the shop to paint and install them my guy said they were so pitted and uneven and had to spend a lot of time fixing them. So I contacted Jorge at vicrez and was asked if I had pictures and unfortunately I didn’t because they were at the body shop. He said warranty won’t cover them because it was past 30 days. If I know the quality I would have spent less for better product like EOS. Or spent a bit more and got Ivan tampi. By the time I saw these at my door I was $1200 cad deep. Never again! please do your research before you spend the cash. They are heavy too like 11 lbs. sorry for the long review but I want everyone to be aware. Ps. Jorge knew I was a man and called me madam

My nephew recieved a new hood for his car that he has saved up for , for a while. When vicrez delivered the hood it was shattered. Vicrez has been horrible to work with and won't replace it. I would NEVER order anything from them especially if you can't back your product and take responsibility for it. How can you trust a company like this? Where is your dignity?

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Received 2 damaged products (unrepairable) but the company has refused to do anything about it. For 4 months they have been telling me they will replace it or refund me the money and nothing has happened. Every week I follow up and all I get empty promises that something will happen soon. I am out over $1500 with 2 junk items that I now have to pay even more money to dispose of.Stay away from them as it seems I'm not the only one with such terrible experiences.

Ordered a set of mud flaps for my BMW M3 (G80). Came with no instructions, and all Vicrez were able to do was refer me to a video showing installation on a Dodge Durango!Flaps were basically just pieces of plastic, leaving it to the customer to somehow determine the correct location to drill holes in the flaps. I.e. no template, markings, or anything else was provided. Despite the claims on their web site, I do not consider these to be usable by a normal consumer.Returned the product, and Vicrez charged a 15% restocking fee that is not mentioned anywhere in their return policy.Definitely a company to avoid.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased a hood for over $1000 from this company that arrived damaged. Company stated that I needed to send photos which I did. They then said that they would need to file a claim with the shipping company. It has been over a week with no resolution which could take up to a month based on what they've told me. Paula a lead there will no longer answer my calls and her reason was she is busy with other customers. They did offer me 10% to keep the hood which was declined because of the amount of damage. The repair would cost at least 400 600 to sand dent removal and paint. Overall a terrible experience with Vicrez. I will never purchase any of their products again. Read some of the reviews before you purchase from them and you will understand why.

Absolutely awful company with awful products, and even worst customer service. I'm filing a BBB claim today. As short as I can make his; In Nov 2023 I ordered a hood, Bumper cover, Grille assembly, and LED fog lights. The hood was damaged inside of the box, and the bumper cover and grilles were just thrown in an empty box with zero packing. I rejected the hood, complained about the bumper cover and grill being beat up, and notified them they did not even ship me the fog lights. Through 3 more failed shipments, and making me wait nearly a month for their multiple lost shipments, I finally had all the parts in late Dec of 23. The body shop then went to install everything and the nightmare continued. The fog lights are not LED, they are falsely advertised incandescent light bulbs with removable cheap H11 bulbs. The hood is so malformed and flimsy that the scoops don't fit, it literally flexes and shakes in the wind, and feels like it'll bend in half with one good slam. The bumper cover is dreadful. The gaps and edges are so awful, they don't even have material there to meet the fenders. The grille doesn't fit the bumper cover, but not sure which is the culprit. The hood to bumper cover gap is raised over a half inch. The product is complete junk. I filed a paypal dispute after contacting them numerous times with no help. They are now supposedly telling paypal they refunded my money....which is impossible, b/c there's no refund on my paypal history. When I did call, the dozen times, I got employees working from home, with yelling kids in the background. This is the cheapest of the China replacement parts you could imagine, sold under the guise of a reputable company. You have been warned. See my pics, and expect nothing more.
