I have my prescriptions sent here since this Walgreens is close to my house. I normally don't go in the store unless I need to pick up something and usually use the drive thru. The staff here are pleasant, professional, and efficient. I've used the photo services and have made our Christmas card online and pick them up here. The website provides various options and they usually have discounts codes that be applied at check out. I use the Walgreens App and receive texts when my prescriptions are ready. It's a great App and I use it all the time!!

My boyfriend & I came to Walgreen's for OTC medicine on 12/21 around 6:30pm, as I have been experiencing a dry cough & congestion. We were met with the pharmacist, & my boyfriend explained to him my symptoms & asked if Sudafed would be sufficient to help with the congestion. The pharmacist looks at my boyfriend & I up & down & asks why we're smiling. I don't know what kind of people come into this Walgreens, but my boyfriend & I very much look like friendly people & we smile at everyone. Is this not normal? I guess not. The pharmacist asked us about three times why we're smiling & we're just staring at each other awkwardly for a solid five minutes. It was very uncomfortable & I seriously thought about just leaving. He then asked again what my symptoms were & I said them again This happened twice. I am not sure if he thought my answer would change? After 7-8 minutes, he finally was helpful & explained that Mucinex would be able to help with the congestion. We purchased it & left. This is the weirdest experience I have ever had at any store. My boyfriend had just gotten off of work & was dressed business casual. I was wearing a hoodie & leggings, as it's December & it was raining, & I work from home. We're Hispanic & the pharmacist was Asian. This was definitely a race thing & it left us feeling so uncomfortable afterwards.

If I could give negative stars I would , this place is hidden away and rightfully so, their customer service is horrible . Little kids that work there don't know how to take care of a situation. Manager didn't help either. I'll never go there again. Do yourself a favor go to smart n final across the street

This is a review for the Passport Photo service. Do not go to Walgreens for passport photos, the quality is awful and the photos are overpriced. The photos we received were dark since no flash or backlight was used and looked blurry. Definitely not acceptable. I went to AAA after I found out they offered passport photo services. Definitely night and day! AAA has a professional instant photo setup with lighting and the cost was much less for members. They offer passport photo services for nonmembers too.

Was returning 2 items and was made to feel as though I was committing a crime. I had placed a purchase at this store for TWO cleansing drinks, but they could only fulfill 1, so I was forced to place another order at the La Habra store because I could not figure out how to just completly cancel this order and buy both from a different store. I didn't end up needing the product, so I brought both completely sealed drinks with my online receipts. When I got into the store, I walked STRAIGHT to the line at the register, then remembered I wanted to pick up a few things. I interrupted Rose (cashier) and just told her I would be returning these items but wanted to do some shopping so I would leave them with her. When I came up with my items, she told me she was glad I told her it was a return because she would have rung me up for them since I "didn't come straight to the register." I explained that I walked in and got straight in line but that she must have missed me. Then she asked to scan my receipt code, so I showed her the QR code. After 5 min of her telling me it needed to be a bar code, she finally called her manager, who came up and also told her it was, in fact, the QR code that needed to be scanned. No more problems with that return until we went to return the one from the other store. Rose looked at my phone and said, "Oh, well I see you purchased these out in Los Angeles." I then explained that was just the location that autopopulates on the store website but that the receipt clearly says it was purchased at the La Habra store 10 min away. Her question rubbed me the wrong way because I know from 10 years if retail experience that customers who commit theft will often purchase from stores far away, then attempt a return at a local store or visa versa. Then Rose proceeds to say (in front of the manager who was super nice) "Well are they the same product?" and checks both skews of 2 identical looking items. It was pretty clear she thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them despite having both receipts and bringing the items straight to her. Really unfortunate, I left feeling this uncomfortable because I live 5 min from this store, but will go out of my way to take my business elsewhere to avoid those condescending comments.

Came to get my second covid shot was told they would call me never got a callI called to ask if they have any appointment available for me to come in and said I don't know check yourself online Not sure if they are short staff but don't make you feel welcome very rude The Asian guy is very rude just don't be surprised

I know you can't please all of the people all of the time, but this was EAST & Walgreens messed up.I am 82, and can hardly walk, but went to the Pharmacy to get some medicine for my wife.A couple was being served, so I sat down in a chair in the Pharmacy area.About 5 or six minutes later, a young lady arrived and stood at the beginning of where you were in line. About ten minutes after I arrived, the other couple finished, & I got up and went to place my order.The Pharmacist informed me that there was LINE & I needed to wait my turn. I informed her that I was there long before the young lady, & could hardly stand, so had been sitting in the chair.She refused to serve me until I stood in line BEHIND the young lady that had just arrived.NOT REALLY HAPPY. THIS STORE IS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ONLY.

Awful experience trying to get a prescription refilled. Tried calling at least 7 times over 30 mins period with either no answer or kept getting hung up on. Had my prescriptions moved to CVS because the phone systems and staff are incompetent

I take my booster here. People are nice. 100 percent staff here in pharmacy department are nice and they really doing there job calmly.

Got my COVID vaccine here and staff was super nice and reassuring. I was nervous because I have a history of fainting but the pharmacist gave me water and let me take some calming breaths before giving me the shot. The woman who checked me in was super nice too and also answered my questions in a very friendly way.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Speaking to a pharmacist is impossible. Every time I call they place me on hold. I've been on hold for 20 mins and all I hear is someone picking up the phone and placing me back on hold. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Came here recently and asked the clerk if they sold any pasties that were for a bride who was getting married that same day and the only thing he said was "Um, how about dressing appropriately?" Don't know why we even bothered walking in that store expecting actual customer service. The second star is for the convenience of the location but don't even bother asking questions since clearly the clerks still think this is high school.
