Dont buy from them.
They use Shopify and BOTH of my transactions were canceled through Shopify. Then I had to deal with Andrew who was more worried about telling me they didnt get the order than helping me purchase the wheel. Because I said "Shopify is S***" Andrew said, "we're a private business and we dont have to take your order" okay fine...no worries.
So just know these are fragile people that get their feelings hurt easily. And send emails that just extend the latency as opposed to expediting a proccess.

I have ordered over 10 sets of wheels with these guys. The service has been absolutely unmatched. They have come in clutch so many times from expediting sets of wheels, color changes, and fitment advice. 11/10 will order over and over again. Even if they don't carry it I try to get it from them. Awesome people.

I’ve ordered from wheelflip a few times but the most recent order had a less than 2 day turnaround time. I ordered on Monday evening and they were in my mailbox on Wednesday. Keep in mind they’re in California and Im in Florida. Amazing and you cant beat their prices!

before i choose company i have to read a lot of reviews.. i saw a lot of bad reviews,... but i decided order from them because i dont care about shipping time and i dont sit on fire.. specially i dont like to send every day email with „update info”. after three days i received email that my shipping is on my way.. ??!!?! wtf? so fast? ok... after couple days i got it at my address.. so totally i even dont wait twoo weeks for my delivery.. and now i wondering about all thise

I’m not sure why they have bad reviews. Ordered some barrels and hardware from them. While the turnaround time was longer than expected due to unforeseen events, they kept in constant contact with the status. I ended up needing some valve stems since the ones they provided we accidentally discarded, they shipped out new ones the same day and in 24k gold plated. Can’t ask for better customer service. Really nice guys and I’d do business with them again.
