On my way back home to Corona, We stopped by this shopping center since I'm familiar with this Target being very nice to pick up Valentine cards and make-up (this Target also has a nice Ulta Store makeup section).I recommend this shopping center for the selection of shopping and food if ever in the Whittier area.

As a parent it seems to be a safe place for teenagers to still meet at "the mall". Every now and then they might be a little rowdy crowd. But I've watched as it is taken down very quickly.
