I join Zero givens in Sept one week in a joint a 3 week challenge loved it every week they provide you with a meal plan Now I am on my second challenge love the motivation and support the coaches provide you coach Dorian and George. The challenge they give you provide you with a meal plan which is great because this helps you reach your goal and also you learn how to eat. Me being a plus size girl is hard to keep track but with there plans it’s so helpful. It’s hard but if you set your mind to it anything is possible. Zero Givens provides you with the tools at the end of the day it’s up to you but with the support they give you and the motivation you defiantly will reach that goal. Love it here 100%

Zero Givens will continue to be my #1 gym. I had took a long break from working out and even started to gain weight and felt sluggish. So I decided to join a 3 week challenge and like my previous 3 week challenges I have done here, I've had amazing results. This challenge has definitely put me back on track. The staff here are very supportive and encouraging. They will push you towards your goals. If you want to get a good workout and achieve great results, this is the place to be. Hands up best gym!

Very welcoming environment! If you are new to working out this would be a great place to start. The coaches are excellent and incredibly attentive to your needs. They offer classes in the mornings and evenings so it's never hard to book a class. Zero givens is an amazing gym they even have the 504 3 week challenge that gives u a chance to win money and best of all you get really good results. You get custom workouts and meal plan that gives you that extra push. This place never disappoints. This is the 1# gym in the city of Whittier !

Nothing to say but pure positivity to the ZG family. I highly recommend both of these establishments whittier/LA to anyone who really want to change there lives for a better health. Its hard and difficult to get a better lifestyle but ZG fam is always there to help out on your struggles. I've been a member for a year 1/2 now and and i highly recommend it! You wont be disappointed thats for sure. Just finished the 504 3 week and it was really fun! Thanks again ZG off to the next challenge

I have been going to this gym for under three months and let me tell you it’s the best gym you can go to. When I signed up I thought it was going to be a little while until I made friends at the gym. Within the first five minutes everyone had introduced themselves to me and were already talking to me and making me feel welcomed. Now that I’ve been going for a little while now it’s more than a gym for me. I attend the five am class. It's like a second family. We are always making fun of each other, making each other laugh through the pain of the workout, encouraging each other and celebrating each other. When I first joined the gym I weighed 227 lbs now I dropped down to 197 I’ve gone to Planet Fitness, La Fitness, and 24 Hr Fitness none has sastfied me more than Zero Givens. If your looking for a gym to help reach the best version of yourself I highly recommend Zero Givens!

I am so happy I took a shot at joining this gym. They offer daily workouts to target all the areas you need to for an overall body transformation. They not only have great equipment and techniques, but also provide you with amazing accountability, a positive environment and flexibility to fit your fitness goals and needs. I tried their 3 week challenge and I was in shock to see the results. You can feel that all the coaches—Juden, Brittany, George and more—really care about helping you succeed! I would 1000% recommend checking them out and trying out one of their workouts. You will not only get your butt in shape but join a wonderful gym family.

I'm back to continue to rave about my ongoing experience at Zero Givens. I entered and completed another challenge - Formula 21 Intermittent Fasting. This challenge was a 6 week weight training challenge coupled with intermittent fasting. This, like the other challenges I've been a part of, was no easy feat. It was mentally and physically demanding. Yet, the results I got (weight loss, body fat percentage loss, and muscle mass gain) made it rewarding beyond measure. Having our in-house coach Juden and the coaches from the LA sister gym, George and Doriann, available to us to answer questions like about the meal plans, the exercises, or correct form allows their guidance to be a straight highway towards success. Building a bond with the other challengers is what makes this whole experience fun and exciting. I recommend this gym and this challenge to anyone looking to prove to themselves what they are capable of achieving.

There are hundreds of cliches about putting in the hard work to achieve your fitness goals. To me the name says it all; Zero Givens, you vs. you. I wanted to quit and do skip days every now and then, but at the end of the day I don't feel as accomplished as I would if I had put in the hour there. Everyday offers a new challenge of a different muscle group. And if you really want to test your physical and mental fortitude, try one of thier 3 to 12 week challenges. Take advantage of the free visit and I guarantee you will be greeted with a smile and leave sweaty, smiling and satisfied with yourself.

I’m writing a review on the Formula 21 challenge! I just came out of the 504 12 week challenge. What’s different about this challenge is that there’s more emphasis on supplements and weight lifting. I’m about to go into the 6th week and I already see great results. Before I could barely use the 5lb dumbbells. Now I can finally start using the 15 lbs just in almost 6 weeks. This program really challenges you on planning and grit. The way I get through those days are with the support of the coaches and other members. The community has helped me get through those days that are harder than others, and they have been so encouraging on this challenge. I’m loving my results and I never imagined myself being able to be where I’m at. I encourage anyone looking to build muscle and who’s coming out of another challenge to do the Formula 21! It’s all about what you put in! It’s not easy, but great things never are! All the blood, sweat, and tears have been well worth it.

Just completed my 2nd 504 challenge and like always it was tough but MAN… the RESULTS!! Nothing but pure respect to the coaches and staff! Very helpful and friendly. Its like they say nothing is given so you have to earn it and i have accomplished that! Thank you coach JUDEN,GEORGE, and cannot forget DORI,BRIGITTE, & STELLA for making me a better person not only on the physical appearance but more confident! ?.Cannot forget the members as well very supportive upon each other and no one is LEFT BEHIND!

I just completed the 504 hrs 12 week challenge and I can honestly say it was an absolutely incredible experience. The first few weeks are the most difficult as we are completely changing our routine, but it becomes easier as you go since you build the habit. You will definitely start seeing results as long as you follow instructions, stick to your meal plan, complete your workouts, and have patience. The key is consistency and ASKING QUESTIONS. Coaches are all extremely supportive and will help you push and discover new limits. Other members of the gym were also supportive and checked in on me regularly. I started off with the 3 week challenge, and it helped me understand and build the habits needed to be successful in the 12 weeks. You will not regret it. It is hard work, but worth every ounce of energy put into it.

I love this gym! I'm someone who has done the whole solo gym thing and it's never stuck. Here it feels different. For those looking for that accountability piece of staying consistent in their fitness the coaches here do just that. Everyday is a different focus. Monday - upper body, Tuesday - Leg and lower body, Wednesday - Strength, Thursday - cardio boxing, Friday - Thigh, and Saturday is Zero Fcks. All the coaches really care about your progress and live by the motto "You vs. You". There is a good culture here where everyone is encouraging and pushing you to be better. Shout out to coach Bridget, Juden, George, Doriann, T, GiGi, and Paulo!Also want to highlight the entrepreneurial spirit of this gym. They're always supporting local businesses and elevate their partners in growing their business.
