I came in search of difficult to find LED bulb for a backyard pathway light. I had been to three other big box hardware stores prior to coming to this Ace. When the first employee, who was very cheerful, could not help me, I was referred over to Aaron, the store manager. I have never been so impressed by the level of help and dedication that Aaron demonstrated in trying to help me locate that bulb. Aaron spent a considerable amount of time looking through his store inventory and then searching online. In the end I found what I needed. Aaron and his staff are why I always prefer Ace stores over the big box ones. Thanks Aaron! You run a great store.

I really appreciated that young man Cody for his help. He went above and beyond and took time out of his busy schedule to come out and help me with my vehicle to get a center cap fit on. Such a good guy and very knowledgeable. Also another lady inside was very helpful I believe her name was Alanna. Forgive me if I spelled the name wrong but she was so nice and absolutely friendly with a great smile. After we figured out the parts I needed, the cashier lady was so nice as well and had a friendly talk with her. What an awesome experience and such great staff. You don’t find that anymore anywhere you go so I believe these employees are very valuable and a huge asset to this hardware store.
Thanks again and I will definitely be back to shop more often at Ace hardware in Wildomar.

From my experience the customer service is exceptional. They know their product line without the attitude. The prices are high. But the prices are high everywhere. I'll continue to shop there.

I just called the store looking for an item and thus guy Chris answered the phone and right away he was very rude saying okay well that doesn't mean nothing to me you need to know the item number or I can't help you. So now I have to drive down to the store to look for the item myself. I just wanted to know if I have to order it or if the have it in store
