Rich is very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my bike to him because I thought my engine was about to die due to a metal rattle sound I could not figure out. He was able to find the problem, my exhaust system, that same day and fix it. I am glad to have met Rich, he likes Redbulls if you want to make him happy! 💨
