Worst car wash ever, don’t waste your money or time on it. I paid for the highest quality car wash ($10) and it lasted about 15 seconds and left soap on my car. It also gave me a wrong sensor reading of how far I should pull up into the car wash, and if it wasn’t for me, noticing I was too far forward, my car would’ve been damaged. I was able to reverse in time, though.

I paid for car wash at the pump. I did not get my receipt. I thought maybe the car wash request did not go through. So, I paid again for the wash directly at the car wash entrance. When I drove in nothing happened. I had a suspicion about this wash, since inside there was trash sitting in it. I went inside and told the cashier what happened. She printed my pump receipt and it showed that the car wash was paid for. She gave me a refund for that, but said she could not refund for the car wash payment, because it is on a different system. She gave me a number to call specifically on Mondays 11am-12pm and ask for Kevin. I called. The person said Kevin was already gone and I would need to be in person for the refund. I explained I had already drove away 300 miles and could not go in person, but I did have a receipt with the transaction info. I was told there is nothing that can be done to help me. The amount is only $6, but it is the matter of principal. This is the 21st century, this place should be able to give a refund over the phone. Also, the clerk was talking to another person when I called, who I think was Kevin, who did not want to talk to me. I asked if there was a better time to call for him and she could not give me that simple information. This places sucks. I think the car wash is a scam.

Jennifer the clerk is so proactive and listens to the customers. There was a sanitary issue which I had brought up to another employee and nothing had been done. As soon as I told Jennifer, she solved it before the next day!! Jennifer is a wonderful employee for taking sanitation matters seriously. All it does is bring the customers back when there's better environment within the store.
