They charged me money for no reason and also for saying they gave me multiple keys. Which they didn’t.
The lady that works there has a bad attitude (manager) and needs to learn customer service. Very argumentative.

This storage is like no other. It's so very nice and very quiet. I hardly see anyone else almost everything I go, and I go alot. I will hope to keep all my belongings their for as long as I need a storage and for as long as they will allow it thank you.

Chris with Big Easy Storage was so helpful in finding the space I needed on short notice. When I came to the facility, I was very impressed with the clean and well-maintained sites. The site has tall walls with security wire, cameras and on-site personnel (Don) that was friendly and helpful for my needs. The parking is easy to get into and out. Very clean, I would definitely use the facility again if needed, sold my RV only reason for the move out. You will not be disappointed for the storage of your priceless RV.

This is our favorite storage place by far!!! It's safe, secure and has high tech features. We stored a vehicle with Big Easy and rented a storage unit from them for over a year. Awesome people, safe and secure! Highly recommended.

We kept our 40-foot RV here for the past year while working to add parking at home. It is clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff are very responsive and friendly. Recommend you check them out.

We are so happy to have found Big Easy Storage! We can leave our trailer here knowing it's in good hands! This is a huge relief!The facility is so clean, even the bathroom for customers, lol. Love having our trailer on concrete and covered, protected from the elements. So easy to wash the trailer too.Chris and Don are so nice and easy to reach. Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner. We always arrive and leave the facility saying "that was easy". It really lives up to it's name. Many thanks!
