“The manager greeted me. I was standing in line when the employee offered me a basket and rang me up because I told her I was ready and waiting in line. She didn't know how too talk or do customer service she couldn't apply my carters rewards and when I showed her my coupon she look at me lost she didn't know how to apply either. The manager was near and was able to assist.”
