I just had a really disappointing experience at this nail shop. I went in for a gel manicure, and they charged me $40, which is already a bit steep. The lady who did my nails cut me, which was super painful. To make matters worse, when painting my nails she got polish all over my skin…what kind of manicurist cant paint nails correctly? I’ve been here before and didn’t like the service, but I thought I’d give them another chance. Big mistake! I won’t be coming back again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

3 weeks later my acrylics are still holding up with only a slight chip in the paint (though that happened on day 3) but I quoted my shape and the polish at the beginning of service and they told me 45 and at the end they charged me 55 so I didn't bother tipping more than a 5. If someone os asking for price at the beginning of service you're supposed to tell them if something is an extra. I didn't even get a design- just plain color with matte top coat.

Always an amazing experience with Scarlet as my nail tech! From start to finish, professional and made me feel confident in trusting the process. My nails turned out absolutely stunning—her attention to detail is unmatched. The shape was perfect, exactly how I wanted, I really appreciate how reliable and consistent she is with her work; my nails always look flawless and last for weeks without any issues.

Worst place, extra charges with no explanation. $60 for a fill absolutely absurd! Tried to blame fees on their high rent! Showed the nail tech Scarlet a picture of what I wanted and not until the end did she tell me she couldn’t do it. It wasn’t anything extravagant, just wanted a simple gold glitter line.

this place is absolutely horrible , the most horrible customer service EVER !! I’ve been to many salons and this was my first time trying this place and I took my daughter to get her first manicure and pedicure and right when I said I wanted to do a pedicure for her I was told “ she’s to young to do a pedicure “ like what the hell? When the girl was doing her toes she was absolutely RUDE! She asked me if I chose a color and I said no because I hadn’t seen the colors yet and she practically threw the books to me. Then while she was doing her toes she was like “ DONT KICK YOUR LEGS “ RUDELY, if I could give this place a 0 I would. Definitely don’t recommend. This is TWO hours after getting her nails done. ??

My sister made appointments week in advance for her wedding and they treated us like walk ins. Sat us in chairs and ignored us for 45 min. I was chair for an hour and a half before they even started my nails. Didn't even start our waters. They could have I get like a harder massage. It's like you're like rubbing my leg. Just take the shit off my feet. I'm leaving. I'm gonna go somewhere else said they were running behind or offered to let us soak our feet or water but no. They left us there. Half my party was done with their services and they took actual walk ins before me. I hate it here. Will never be back. They over book to try and collect as much money as possible and DO NOT RESPECT THIER APPOINTMENTS WHATSOEVER! I was in the middle of getting my toes done and when the gentleman asked me if I was OK, I said no I've been waiting over an hour and a half, and you took people who walked in after me when I had an appointment and he tried to lie to me and gaslight me and said that they all had appointments before me? I was sitting in the chair for over an hour and a half. They took people who had appointment at 2 and 2:30 before my 1:30pm. Like I said don't waste your time. Paris nails is across the street. It's clean the ladies are very nice and won't keep you waiting.

I've never consistently gone to get my nails done until I found this place and my nail lady. The place is nice and the product they use is top notch.

Every time I get my nails done here I always leave relaxed and happy. They do a great job. The cleanliness is stellar! All in all I would recommend.

I've been coming here for over 5 years. The place is kept clean and the staff is friendly. Hands down the best pedicures and acrylics I've ever received! Kevin is my absolute favorite for pedicures. Lee takes great care of me for my acrylic. They are open every day of the week so i'm able to schedule a convenient time within my busy schedule. They also are pretty good at taking walk ins.

terrible. they attempted to fix the first horrible set and I still get a horrible set. took almost 4 hours. I'm super irritated with the waste of time to wear a bad set of nails I didn't need in the first place for $100. they had to redo my prt ers nails too gel. the color is see through. so bad

Ivy took care of my mom and she was wonderful, well my mom was pleased anyway. It was her first ever mani and pedi but my moms hands were dyed red and they were all laughing about it. They scrubbed and said it will come off when she washes her hands but it hasn’t. The polish on my toes has a giant lump on the edge of the big toe and they just let it sit and dry like that and my mom wanted no color on her toes but didn’t even get clear. The place is really pretty but for $183 (plus tip)for 2 pedi and 1 mani I thought somewhere in there the cost would afford a little clear coat but no. My mother was endlessly happy with her first ever mani/pedi, I guess I have high standards expecting her skin to be the same shade at the end as the beginning.

Shout out to Jenny and Nathan because they are amazing!! Jenny did my nails and she did a fabulous job, and Nathan had to wait with us and he was cracking jokes and making us both laugh. It was an overall good time and my nails are fantastic!

This place when it comes to waxing eyebrows is a hit or miss. They hire people who lack experience & ruin people's eyebrows. The service is a 3/10. I had a mental breakdown & walked out of the place crying because they did such a horrible job. I recommend that the owners to make sure they hire proper staff. My eyebrows look absolutely horrible & I will NEVER recommend anyone to this place. Also, I tried calling & saying something yet no one did anything. This place needs some serious help. If I could give this place a 0 I would.
