Great workout at 5:15 am and they trainers always make sure you progress. Group environment every member is supportive and positive. Love our fit family.

To me, Default Fitness isn't just a gym, it's my second home. I have learned so much about fitness, proper form and have built amazing relationships with members. I highly recommend to come try us out and meet an awesome group of people. This is the place to get healthy, fit and build strength!!!
