I had a terrible experience with their customer service. They made no effort to find my account and couldn't even take the time to spell my last name correctly. I felt rushed out the door, and the staff was incredibly rude. The assistant manager's behavior was unacceptable and should be addressed.

Stopped by this bank and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gina. She was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Her customer service skills are top-notch, and she made the whole banking experience a breeze. Highly recommend this, especially if you get the chance to work with Gina!

Unfortunately I fell into the clutches of these vultures, they made me lose a lot of money. Check your contract carefully, but in my opinion the best thing you can do is not sign any type of loan with them. I know that the business of these companies is to take advantage of our needs, but they crossed the line.

I have had nothing but positive experiences from the Wildomar branch. I became a member last year and have been treated like a VIP ever since!! Every time I walk in I am greeted with several hellos and nothing but smiles!! I have a business account so I conduct a lot of transactions. I always leave there happier than when I came in! Plus their coffee is incredible! Thank you to my Wildomar team!

Highly recommend Frontwave Wildomar Branch. I truly say they are the BEST Credit Union/Bank I have ever used. The Team is amazing although Cristina left but Jessica is Super amazing g and Karen best ever Asst Manager. I run two of my business through them and they are always extremely helpful. You will not find a better Team then this Frontwave location.

This is the BEST finical institute I have worked with!! I have banked here for 20 years!! I will continue to use them for the remainder of my life, because of the personal touches of those mentioned below and many others over the years! They have extremely empathetic and easy to work with staff. This month alone I have requested and received 3 increase in my debit card limits allowing me make purchases in my crypto account that Chase would not allow. The personal attention of Jose and Thelma made the difference in me hitting major investment deadlines!! I am eternally grateful for their Love&Light!!

The Branch Manager Jose, has always been extremely helpful, I can always count on him to help me with all my computer and self apps needs. Jose Reynoso is an amazing manager for working patiently with me helping me open a new account for our business. Thank you so much Jose! Your customer service here at this location is top notch! Great bank in Murrieta. Never has any lines! Customer service is on point. They treated me with the care I need after having so many bad past experiences with other big banks. Christina was a gem and talked and walked me through everything I had questions about. The mobile app is go great. It was a pleasant surprise when I went to the App Store and it had such high ratings with so many reviews. First time in my banking history that I had no problems at all.
