“We love to enjoy the outdoors so spending a lot of money on our landscape and then having to figure out what furniture will accentuate our landscape was not easy. We checked out some of the biggest companies online like Wayfair, Amazon and retailers like Target, Walmart, Macy’s couldn’t find anything elegant and high quality. We then ventured into Crate & Barrel Pottery Barn, and West Elm but were sticker shocked. The next step we took was to look into smaller companies to see what they had to offer and we encountered StarFire Direct, quite possibly the most impressive company with the quality that they offer and even more impressive was the customer care and follow up. An agent named Scott knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us so many great options! The price was right, and we’ve been hosting gatherings with guests astonished by the sturdiness, beauty, and simplicity of our fire pit and patio set!”

“The staff and products are amazing. They worked with me to get my custom, engraved liquor cabinet barrel before Christmas. I hoped for this but didn't expect it and they came through! The entire process was open and very communicative. This was greatly appreciated in the context of how everything is being impacted now. “My wife and sister in law went in to check out this store in Old Town Temecula. A very nice lady helped them look around. My wife is allergic to nickel and interested in a couple really nice necklaces made from repurposed old time typewriter keys. The lady stated the necklaces were sterling silver and the pendants were pewter. The materials were fine and my wife found one she liked. She also got one as a gift. The lady took time to wrap it up beautifully for her. There are a lot antiques and repurposed items. Hand woven placemats, wood crafted items, and items made from natural materials. They also have a large selection of chalk paint and accessories. I'm sure we will be back the next time we are in town. Check them out!”

“You guys, if you’re thinking about investing in a spa hot tub, go see Kaitlyn at the Temecula location! She and the rest of the team exceeded expectations over and over again during my buying experience. Kaitlyn is incredibly thorough in providing information, yet isn’t a pushy sales person whatsoever. She gave us so many options and was wonderful in offering her unbiased feedback while we were deciding which model to go with. We ended up purchasing a floor model because we were anxious to get the hot tub sooner, but we still expected to have to wait at least 4 weeks for delivery. Especially since we made our purchase during the holiday season. Kaitlyn somehow arranged to have our spa delivered and installed before Christmas! She also recommended an electrician who could come and hook it up the same day. I saw that someone mentioned not being told they had to call to set up a separate appointment fora saltwater set up. I call b.s. because Kaitlyn went over every single step of what needed to be done and was in constant contact if we had any questions. I will definitely be going to Kaitlyn for a bbq island outdoor fireplace. Happy new year!”

“Sunday, 2-11-2024: I have shopped here many times before and can't believe I've never written a review. My daughter and I love this store for the variety and prices. Today, I brought my neighbor friend shopping and I believe this was our last stop before having merienda. I noticed the prices have risen since I last shopped here and it has been a while. I took one star off because I was used to it being neat, tidy, orderly, and organized. Today there were parts of the store that was in disarray and some aisles had items strewn on the floors that you couldn't navigate a shopping cart through it. I have never seen it in this manner before. I hope it was just an off day. Anyhow, my friend was on a quest today to find some vases for her house. She hit pay dirt as I saw her full of brightly colored glass vases. She was overjoyed that her search was over & they were on sale! Check out was quick & friendly. Thankfully, that's been a constant here.”
“We enjoyed working with Jeetu in building a beautiful outdoor patio package. We had purchased the original set at the Phoenix Home & Garden Show and after a few days decided to complete the set with a love seat and chase lounges. Jeetu also indicated we could pick up our purchase in Phoenix as they were having another show in Glendale. What a great savings to us as we were able to save shipping and handling. We met Emanuel at the show in Glendale and all the furniture was loaded onto our trailer. Great customer service all around. Our furniture is a beautiful sunbrella fabric which will last years.”
“We had decided we couldn't live one more day without a new mattress, so we woke up and went across the street. I had been trying to buy a holistic mattress for 6 months already. And bought one that smelled and returned it. I ended up here, buying something different. It has been very comfortable and I really like it. We can finally sleep after months of disrupted uncomfortable sleep. I thought the service was quick and excellent. My only complaint is that upon delivery the bottom of the mattress was ripped by the boys who delivered it. In all honestly I'm sure my cats will get to it at some point, but still... I would definitely buy here again due to the convenience and the easy check out and delivery process.”

“Excellent workmanship, Joey and his team went above and beyond to ensure our 27 year old bistro set looked brand new again. We've used Seabreeze once before, about 12 years ago and decided to renew our three piece set, purchased in 1997. We had been looking for a replacement set for the past two years and could not find anything that we liked better than our old beater set. I found an old email from our previous refurb in 2011, contacted Joey and he replied back with PDF color samples and suggestions on the best colors for our set. We were in jo hurry, as it was fall. Joeys team picked up, and dropped off the furniture at a very reasonable price. I had offered to pay for half up front, but Joey declined, saying that he would wait until he delivered the furniture. At that point, my wife and I felt we had made the right choice by selecting Seabreeze. As a bonus, Joey and his guys are all very friendly and accommodating. I received an email from Joey a couple weeks after pick up, with Joey telling me that our furniture would be delayed by about a week because he looked over the finished product and didn't feel as if it looked quite right. He stated that he would be repainting it because he didn't feel it met his expectations! Who does that anymore? The furniture was stripped down, sanded, powder coated, restrapped and looks better than new with a very smooth and glossy finish. Joey even made sure to cap all openings on bottoms of chair legs. In short, my review cannot do justice to the service Seabreeze has provided us - twice! As a bonus; the price quoted was extremely reasonable and about half of what a new comparable set would have cost. I highly recommend this company and do so whenever the the opportunity arises. Help keep small, quality businesses alive; refurbish your old patio set and make sure to contact Joey at Seabreeze; you WILL NOT regret it.”
