I'm beyond confused. I go here. I use my medi-cal I give them my number so they can go through my insurance, which is california medi-cal. Then I still get a bill 2 months later. Do you guys not know how to do your job? I have a primary doctor through Medi-cal. I go to the hospital and I use MEDI-CAL.... But for some reason, when I go through, you guys just to get blood taken, you charge me ALMOST $3000.00??? You either need to hire people at the front desk. That know how to do the billing correctly, or you guys need to shut down, because you don't even know what you guys are doing obviously

I made an appointment in the afternoon and thought it would be busy and there would still be a wait. When I arrived there was no one in the waiting room and I was greeted by my phlebotomist who checked me in and brought me back in less than 5 minutes. The facility was very clean and in order. My phlebotomist was friendly and efficient and knocked out my blood draw in minutes. The whole process from walking in to walking out was about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend and will return whenever I need blood work. Thank you again.

This location is amazing, the staff that works in the office are extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a reasonable time and would definitely recommend this lab to everyone. The office itself is clean and organized.

First time getting my blood drawn because I had such a fear of needles. Sally was so amazing. She took her time and talked me through the whole process. It was quick, thank you Sally for being so awesome

I’ve been coming to this place for the past three years. Christine and Sally are wonderful kind and accommodating but most importantly they are extremely fast, you are in and out of there within 10 or 15 minutes max so thank you so much Christine and Sally I hope you guys have a wonderful holidays.

As of July 14th of 2023 I brought my daughter in for some lab work... 2nd time coming to this place and the older women that sit in the front desk have a very disgusting filthy attitude!! Unecesary... They don't even smile they act like they don't like their job... They should have kind people with a smile on their face working upfront and put those 2 on the back! Rude rude rude!!!! Last time I'm coming here! I'd rather drive 20 min more to another lab corp than to see these 2 sour faces in the morning. If you see this and you have had the same experience with these 2 old women upfront recent hit like.. also please reach out to me to let u know why I am writing this low review

These 2 women are rock stars! It was only these 2 people working at this location today when they opened. The Murrieta location shut down for part of the day so everyone poured into this location. They handled it so perfectly, I had to leave this review. There was people cutting each other in line (Grrr) and an older gentleman who was yelling at the woman in the front and she just kept apologizing and was extremely sympathetic instead of getting frustrated she took all the insults and complaints he hurdled at her. They worked as quickly as possible and seemed to have a great 2 person system. My phlebotomist was friendly but yet fast so she could get to the next person. Great job 2 person team!

The staff is always so kind and patient. Even when they're busy. My family has been coming to Wildomar location for years. Give these women a big raise. They are the sweetest vampires EVER !!!
