All the other places I called said they'd need a week to do the work which is understandable. Prompt Cleaners told me they'd take at least two days to hem all three, but had them done in just one. The quality of their work was very good as well as the pricing.”

“The honesty of this owner was so impressive. I told him our situation, that we moved out and the land lord was unhappy with the cleanliness of the house. Sam explained that he would let me know when he got to the house after I sent him pictures of when I received the house if the land lord was being reasonable. I received a phone call and he told me not to do anything that it was unreasonable the amount of cleaning the landlord wanted especially when we got the house not in that condition. Sam was so honest he wouldn’t even accept payment for the time he took to go to the house. I am so impressed with this company. I really like a straight up person that tells it like it is. Thank you Sam you saved us from spending money we would never get back.”

“Have always had 5 star service for our dry cleaning. My wife has had a few alterations without any complaints. However, if you are going close to closing time on a tight schedule, don't believe the hours posted on Yelp. Came in 20 minutes before "closing" to pick up an order..... Already closed with a paper sign with different hours taped to door. Update your Yelp page!! Watched two other customers walk up while writing this review with the same problem. So, obviously the 5 stars is for the service we've had and not their IT issues....”

“I am beyond grateful for Capri Cleaners!I initially went to another local dry cleaners to have my daughters big sweet 16 dress steamed/pressed. I needed it on a Sunday for her photoshoot. The owner of that facility told me to bring it in the Friday before her photoshoot and pick it up Saturday because they were closed Sunday. I did exactly that but when I showed up Friday, the owner told me he didn’t have anyone there to do it and wouldn’t have it ready in time. He told me I should’ve brought it in Thursday. I reminded him he told me Friday and he apologized for the miscommunication. He couldn’t recommend anywhere to take it because he said all the dry cleaners around us don’t have anyone to press on Saturdays.I’m freaking out, my daughters photoshoot is Sunday. I remembered when my mom lived in the area she would always use Capri Cleaners so I headed straight there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Daniel. Before even telling him the situation he said he could have it done no problem. I immediately felt so much relief! I then explained to Daniel what had happened and he let me know that Capri Cleaners is fully staffed everyday they’re open. They even do same day!I got a call when it was ready for pickup and headed over. Daniel and another one of his staff members helped me load the giant dress into my Tahoe. After the dress was loaded, I was explaining to Daniel how her photoshoot is two hours away the following day, and I was worried about it getting wrinkled in transport. He gave me his recommendations of how to place the dress for transport. I did exactly that on Sunday and the dress was still perfect when we arrived at her photoshoot!I am beyond thankful for Daniel and the customer service I received here! I can see why my mom always used this dry cleaners and I will never go anywhere else now! I highly recommend them to anyone needed a good reliable dry cleaners! “I dropped off my Doc Marten 20eye boot to get the zipper repaired. I'm supper satisfied with their service. They did a great job repairing the zipper and it only cost me $20 bucks. It would have cost me double or triple the price anywhere else. I definitely recommend this place!”

I had trouble with a dryer that wasn't working properly and he immediately rectified the situation and gave me back my time on the dryer.Pay attention when using dryers and loading them with credits. 10 cents a minute for drying. If you dont know how to use the card on the dryer, ask for help.Really appreciate this place coming through for me when I was in a bind. Also, next door to Target which is very convenient.”

My first choice was down the street, but the lady said they wouldn't have it done in time. I needed it by the next afternoon. I know, bad me!I walked into Menifee Cleaners, and I was tended to right away. The older woman said she had to charge me a rush fee since I needed it next day. She also told me to come in sooner next time (which I will, lol). Idk how much the "rush fee" is, but I walked out paying $10. Cool.I was glad to walk in the next afternoon to see that the service I requested was done with perfection. I anticipate inflation in the next 2 months, but hopefully, nothing too crazy. “Well despite all the negative reviews. I am here on a Saturday and it’s is decent. The biggest washers are 6.75 which is not bad at all. I love it here because the machines actually use water to wash your clothes. I usually come here to wash my blankets. I don’t use the dryers here, I dry at home so I can’t say anything about the dryers. But if you want a laundromat that has machines that actually use water this is the place. The change machines change up to 20 dollars which is rare to see.”
