My massage therapist Carie does an awesome job. I wish I could say the same for the office staff. I've been a member for over a year. They were not allow you to have another family member come in to get a massage session in place of your normally scheduled massage. Which does not make sense since it's being paid for either way. Tried to cancel my membership a month ago and was told that I have to wait until a certain date to put the cancellation in. I called on the date that they told me and was told that they need a 10-day notice and they would have the manager call me to do the cancellation. Manager never called me. When I went in today to cancel they said that since I've went past my cutoff date now I need to pay another month. The manager even acknowledged that she had gotten my message last week and just had not gotten time to call me back. No offer to rectify the situation. Very poor customer service.

I just had a massage with Taryn and I can’t begin to explain how amazing it was! Taryn was so kind and did such an amazing job at massaging the areas that were concerning me. As a dental hygienist, I use my neck, back, and shoulders constantly. Taryn was very knowledgeable about the areas that I needed help in; and very professional in telling me about the knots I had. She spent so much time working out my neck and back and I am so grateful. She had a calming energy and was very friendly as soon as she opened the door. I will be coming back to have my monthly massage with Taryn! Thank you for spending so much time to care for my body and help me continue in my profession!

Massage Envy in Wildomar has some serious talent, I've seen several great massage therapists at this location. Yesterday I was lucky to get in to see Peter again, he is a fantastic therapist for deep tissue and ongoing issues, he consistently customizes my massage based on my current needs. I don't like to share that info because it's already so hard to book with him (due to popularity), but he deserves all the recognition and anyone who is needing a good deep tissue massage should try to book a 90 minute!

I had a 90 minute massage by Brian that was amazing! He asked me which areas to focus on and the pressure of the massage was just as I requested. I especially liked the special attention to my head and neck at the end. I will be requesting Brian again 😊

If you are ever getting a facial in wildomar book Savannah! She is amazing!!! She is so knowledgeable and not only provides the facial but a neck and shoulder massage and massages your arm. Wow i love that i didn’t have to sacrifice being relaxed for a facial. She provides both, so relaxing!
