“I have to give them five star. The guy that runs the place is very nice smart hard working and helpful. The only thing that has me upset is when I bought two batteries after a month the battery would lose charge . I would call and the lady answering the phone would tell me to run the battery down and give it a full charge. I did that two other times and the same thing scooter would go dead by the end of day.i been dealing with it for close to a year.i called again and asked when he would be out to check. She seem to think I was trying to get free batteries she was rude. I just want to know why it's happen before I buy two more batteries. That's all wasnt trying to get anything free I been dealing with it for a long time..I live one block from the shop and she now wanted to charge me to come out. Maybe just having a bad day still five star.”
