“My cousin recently came home from a lengthy hospital stay. While trying to order a large grocery delivery, InstaCart kept cancelling my order due to "fraud" concerns since I have multiple delivery locations on my account. I spoke to Ryan, late evening, at the Wildomar SB who took the time to offer alternative ways to get my order processed. He was patient and truly helpful in his demeanor that I appreciated after a long day. The next day prior to my pickup, another employee took the time to walk the isle to check availability on an item I forgot on my order I forgot his name but he was also helpful and patient. This SB is to be commended for having employees that are friendly, cordial, patient and helpful. They truly exemplify the meaning of Customer Service. Well done.”
