“If you think there is a single loan officer better than Joe Daquino, its okay to be wrong, we all make mistakes, and you are only human. Joe pulled off a titanic solution for me and even got my rate lowered…twice. And when I tell you that I was looking at a disaster, Chernobyl seemed like a minor inconvenience. I was relocated from another state for a really sweet gig and I had to find a place to live. I had some issues with my credit that I didn’t know about so I couldn’t finance until I repaired my credit. You’d think that wouldn’t be a problem right? Single guy (ladies I own a house btw), no kids (I like expensive stuff), just rent until you get your credit fixed then go buy a house. Sure why don’t I just simply ☺make more money☺. There was a complication with that, I have an XXL dog (180lbs he is still growing and very much still a puppy) that rehoming simply isn’t an option, I would go homeless before I did that, I could, at least afford a baller box. So renting was entirely out of the picture, I HAD to buy a house. So credit repair was the only option. Another wrench in the situation was the fact that I moved and boarded on company dime, and only had a limited timeframe in which I needed to do it before life got very expensive for me, and I ain’t got it like that. Joe worked with me through the entire credit repair process. In my relocation the company provided me not 1 not 2 but 3 separate loan officers. I let them all know my timeline and they failed me as bad as the Philadelphia Eagles failed the Superbowl. I’m not kidding, these guys kind just threw up their hands and said we gotta wait. That dog don’t hunt, tick-tock. Finally (6 weeks later) I went with a coworkers recommendation to contact Joe and he descended from the sky and told me “be not afraid”. Okay maybe not but it felt like it. Not only did he get me preapproved in 2 days, not 6 weeks =), the amount I was approved for was almost double of what I intended to buy. So here we are 30 days out from my life turning into Jay-Z spending with underpass dwelling money so we are cutting it really tight if we are going to close. I found an awesome house and we got to work. Joe walked me through what I needed to do to close and it was plenty to do, but Joe was on top of it minute by minute. The underwriting I imagine him having extra fresh breath to not disturb them while he leans in close to make sure a beat wasn’t missed. That probably didn’t happen but I like to think it did. So here we are, now really coming down to the wire and it’s crunch time, Joe was electrified and clear and precise with his information and direction we are talking several phone calls within the span of hours, then….it happened. We closed and I can cease my shopping at Colemans for a tent. Joe was a pleasure to work with and will keep it real with you and that’s the part I appreciate the most, an excessively vicious pleasure to work with and I hope all my future dealings involve him.”
