“I have been a client since 2015. Due to life's circumstances we are having to sell our property. I was asked by my Realtor to obtain my service agreement with World Famous. As I did I reflected on times when I did not check the tank like I should of or when my kids left the spa in for 8 hours and ran us down without telling me. I will tell you that I did not have a truck on my doorstep in hours but that is an unreasonable expectation. I can tell you this is really a FAMILY run company. Support them! I can tell you that everyone I have spoken with or has come to our home is responsive, hard working and will do there best at all times. The rates they charge are very fair and for me it's NOT always about the lowest price by a nickel. This is a fine company to do business with and there is no "big company" run around.”

Several times I have been out of propane and they came on a Sunday to do a fill so I continued to have heat and lights until they could do a full service during the week. “Customer service was outstanding and drop off was easy. This location not only handled an issue I had with my pick up location, but they "owned" the discrepancy as if it were there own doing. I think this is a great reflection of their management and the individuals themselves. I had several phone calls (I don't remember names) everyone was professional and displayed a willingness to solve the problem. In person, Dustin was also outstanding.”
