Horrible service not helpful at all customer service is everything the guy here was not helpful did not want to help me told me to come back another day because he did not wanna go through the process to get my phones back working they didn't close till 8pm I got there at 655pm so there was no reason why he couldn't help me instead. He kept pushing me off to customer care when I told him I already spoke to them they had me go into the store I been with this phone company over 10years and was treated like shit I definitely do not recommend this location they do not care about their customers

Xavier is the manager of that store. Came in with cracked phone and told him I wasn't interested in spending a bunch of money on a new phone. Instead of being pushy and trying to talk me into something, he worked with my budget and went out of his way to set me up to where I was comfortable. If I owned a business, I would hire him immediately. Excellent service.

The worst customer service I have ever had. These kids appeared to be high on drugs. Their hands were shacking uncontrollably as they were showing me items I was inquiring about. My complimentary screen protector was not in stock and the young man who was obviously was high out of mind, asked me to repeat my mailing address several times. Avoid this store. Terrible experience!

Overall the general customer service experience with T-mobile is very poor. Tmobile sent me a strange letter saying I had to send in some equipment back or be charged for it. I went into the store to see what they wanted me to send back or be charged for $350. Turns out is was my 5g home internet gateway. I explained that I didn't cancel the line, and was still actively using it so I don't understand what was going on. The rep got on the phone with corporate and assured me the issue was resolved and that I wouldn't be charged. Next billing cycle I get charged for the unit, again even though I was actively using it. I got tired of the constant run around and decided I would just cancel the line and return the internet gateway. Was told to take it to a Tmobile store and did so. When I arrived at this location to return it, the rep said even though I was TOLD by Tmobile I could return at a store, that they couldn't accept it. I know this is a Tmobile corporate owned store and there should be no reason why they can't honor what was told to me by Tmobile corporate customer service. Even worse yet, the rep KNEW that tmobile customer service is telling customers they can take it into a store. At this point whatever internal issue is going on at Tmobile, they should have accepted the unit and deal with whatever internal issues they have. Not put it back on the customer who is already so frustrated that I cancelled my 5g gateway service. Take some pride in your company and take care of the customer. Sprint was famously known for having the worst customer service (not just in cell phone providers, but of ALL major corporations). Looks like Tmobile inherited the same poor customer service from Sprint.

Was in there yesterday to get my screen protector replaced. Purchased my phone March 2021 with the screen saver, and case and have had the screen saver replaced once already at no charge and no issues. This time, there was only one person in the store and jo customers except me. I gave him my phone and the phone number to the account and he asked if I had my receipt from over a year ago for the screen saver. He said he didn't see me and would have to charge me for it. I also have the phone insurance. I asked if there was a manager and he said not until noon tomorrow. I then told him that I have had my screen saver replaced before there with no issues. Today, I go to a different T Mobile and they looked me up and replaced it no question and no problem. I feel like this person just didn't want to put in the effort to help a customer. Maybe it was almost closing time?

Absolutely horrible customer service and incompetent employees. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told to come to this location by Apple for technical support. I don't have T-Mobile thank God but this is where I was sent. I had an appointment and although I was not asked if I had an appointment I was assisted quickly. I explained to the guy what the problem was and as soon as he found out that I did not have T-MOBILE the guy told me all he could do was a soft reset. WTF, I could have done that. He then told me that my phone had issues due to the screen protector not being secure. Now, I'm not going to lie, what he said regarding the screen protector made sense. At any rate he told me that it would cost me $60 or $65 for the screen protector. Yeah, NO... I declined and made an appointment to be seen at Best Buy in Murrieta. Best decision ever as they took their time and figured out what the issue was. I did obtain a new screen protector for $25.00... smh I'm not sure if the guy at T-Mobile was trying to rip me off or what. Either way, I will never enter this whack ass establishment again and no thank God that I DON'T have T-Mobile. You guys suck and management should be made aware! Do better for the customers that do have You guys as a service carrier.

The store was empty I was the only customer, 3 employees but no one interested in helping me with a repair they said I didn't have an appointment and wouldn't check the notes on my account so I left.

I was a Sprint person trying to separate my number from an account I was not primary on and the staff rallied to help me through the tedious process. Brandon and Mia, with support from Steve helped me and set me up. Brandon was also instrumental in getting my daughter switched over and between him and Miquel, the tech lead, they were able to make sure my contacts and everything else was not lost!! Oly continued the support a few days later when I had questions about my phone and plan. She went the each mile and called tech support to verify my status as the primary number!! Thanks T-Mobile crew! Amazing service through a difficult transition!!

I went in because my phone wasn't working. Per tech support on the phone I was told to go to the store and have speed test done. The Associate at the store turned my phone off and on again.. here I fixed it. What a dum ass...I took my business elsewhere.

I walked into the store and the staff were extremely rude. I was looked at with a disrespectful stare by a worker at the desk. A female worker walked past me and did not even care to greet me although she noticed I just entered. I looked at some phones in the displays and a staff member came over and started offering me different promotions. I kindly declined to move forward with selecting a plan as I was looking for an affordable phone first. They continued to ask me over and over and I finally said, "look, I said no and that means no. if this is how its going to be with t-mobile then i dont want to switch" and i left. this was seriously some of the rudest service I have ever experienced in a phone store. I am very displeased.

One Star is because the people were very nice.However showing up for a pre-scheduled appointment for a screen replacement shouldn't result in a 2.5 hour wait time. This, not because they were busy (place was empty), but because they over booked it would seem and didn't respect the customer expectation of what an "appointment" really means.Waste of time

Walked into this location on 12/20/21 after having been to the collier location and being told they couldn't help us. Victor B listened to what we needed and explained (just like the 2 girls at the collier store) that our particular scenario is handled over the phone through customer service. The difference is that Victor told us it can be done right there in the store with them calling customer service. What we needed took quite a while, and my husband ended up being late for work which would've never happened if the girls at the first store had helped us instead of just shooing us away. I've been With T-Mobile for 11 years, raise my kids up on T-Mobile And I rarely have any problems with them so my experience at the Collier location was extremely disappointing. Thank you Victor for going above and beyond and making us feel valued instead of like a bother.
