The staff there at 12:30 today was incompetent and rude. Girl with platinum hair stared rudely and gossip with rest of staff about customer. Wait 15 min to listen to them gossip while not one person made a drink. Just stood and talked. To 20min with no other customer there to receive 2 iced coffee. Come here every morning. And sadly there new staffing make me want to go elsewhere.

To politely but honestly critique, I always order the same beverage and can say that I know what it's supposed to taste like, which obviously I quite like. However, I don't know if they changed the recipe or they cross contaminated but my Iced Chai Frappuccino from this location tastes awful, with an oily taste and leaves a very unpleasant film and taste in my mouth. 5 stars for service and friendliness but 0 stars for the botched beverage that I paid for.Edit: An hour later and the horrible after taste won't go away even after drinking lots of ice water and rinsing with mouth wash. ??

If there is a number one barista at any Starbucks it is someone at that location. I frequent this one 4 days a week and Jonathan is by far the best server I have had the pleasure of having. His etiquette is on point. I look forward to stopping in when he is working!! He deserves whatever Starbucks has to offer their star employees. Have him train more people as he is a key to Starbucks success!

I got the Mango Dragon fruit Lemonade last night with extra lemonade. They gave me the dragon drink because they were lazy. Well the dragon drink has coconut water in it, which I am allergic to. I know what coconut tastes like. If somone asks for a drink, maybe consider the fact that there is a reason they are asking for it. I went back this afternoon to get it replaced, (brought back the one from the night before) and noticed a weird look the cashier gave me, as she handed the "new" drink back to me. It was the same exact drink, they just mixed it with lemon juice. You wanna know why? Cause I reacted to it. So I had to go to a different store for someone to care to do it right instead of once again, being lazy. My mom calls this store on hidden springs "ghetto". I definitely won't be back.

Why is it that this starbucks, Barton Road Redlands and the bottom of Temecula Parkway are the only 3 good Starbucks in a 60mile radius. Order is always correct and no issues. There is a que or wait here but it's worth

I went inside today and my coffee was so light and tasted like milk instead of a shaken espresso. Unfortunately it’s always quality control issue at the Starbucks. I normally go to the further one across the freeway due to this problem. What a waste of 7$ :(

Great crew. Good drinks. Made a wrong one by mistake, but just instantly admitted it, made the right one, and let us keep the wrong one for free, which was also yummyPretty crowded, yet still quickly got us taken care of. Helpful, kind, and efficient crew!

Brandon is the best !! I always go through the drive thru and he knows my order! He needs a raise and always smiles!!! I always look forward to seeing him when I get my lattes !!!

This place makes the worst drinks by far of all the Starbucks I go to. They don't put any flavoring or ingredients in their drinks. You pay over price for water. Do not waste your money. Go to any other Starbucks around.

Great people working here, only downside is their machines hardly ever work with Apple Pay. Don't like using cards because of hackers cloning them.

Lucking of costumer service so bad .2 people in front of us took them 15 minutes to take their orders , and we were waiting with this people for another 25-30 minutes to get our coffees ,The employees arguing with each other . So bad .
