I've been going US bank for two years now. I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is super kind, friendly and helpful. They service is so fast the longest I've waited in like was 5 minutes. Brandon Gibson is usually the one who helps me and he is such an easy person to work with! 100% US bank!

Sometimes you have to go into the bank to get your business done but really...One teller. Seriously. 20 minutes in line. And this is not the first time. They closed my local branch and now I get to wait. The tellers are all great and helpful but I really wish there were more of them.

Jamie, the branch manager, is excellent and solution oriented. She helped oversee the resolution to fraudulent activity on my account. USBank solid service, even when the line is a bit long, they at least acknowledge your presence !!

Terrible service. There is just one teller who has been helping the same customer for 20 minutes while 4 additional customers wait. The presumed manager is in her office but not even acknowledging the wait and inconvenience. Perhaps she could open a register of her own. Perhaps it's time for a new bank.

Very poor customer service, been coming here for a little over a year and am constantly getting horrible service. Tellers do not know their own policies nor does the manager. I was issued a copy of a check they took thru an atm machine and later returned to me saying they could not cash it and sent me a photocopy of the check stating that its as good as a real check....well surprise surprise no one would cash a paper copied check. I took it back to them and they said the merchants are wrong and need to cash it as its as good as a real chec, I said ok but no one will, can I get original check back. They refused and insisted that I needed to take it back and get it cashed as it was a valid check. All this after I told them I had been to 2 banks and various check cashing places and no one would cash it. They did not care and insisted anyone would cash it like a real check even though no one would. Today I walked into the branch before they opened, walked up as there were people at the teller window and was rudely told we can help you in 10 mins. I said oh, are you not open yet as all I was told was wait 10 mins. Manager said no we open in 10 mins to which the teller corrected her saying well actually 15 mins which I would need to wait. Now waiting as they are not open I don't mind but the way they talk to clients is very rude and as if you are bothering them by asking them to do their job. It took a full year of horrible service to finally give them a bad review. US Bank please staff your satellite branches with people who care, your regular branches are so much different and where I will be going from now on even if it is 15 mins out of the way.

The worst. Opened a business account, they are unethical. Have their credit card when I wanted to redeem my points for cash ($1100) after my initial request I didn't receive I called they kept me on hold and transferring for hours. Did this twice. Last time someone promised I would receive in 2 weeks that was over a month ago So bottom line, DO NOT open merchant service account with them, they will screw you in ways you didn't know were possible and if you don't care about redeeming your credit card points, then they are just fine

Great Branch, great people everybody is always helpful I dont know what these crazy people are talking about because the manager Jamie is always there for me in person or in the phone as well as the rest of the crew,, defientely the #1 branch in my book!

Manager is not helpful at all. The manager lady just stands there doing nothing all day, never says Hi or greets customers or helps anyone. Terrible customer service.

I have banked with US bank for over 10 years and I discovered that my account got an over draft fee of 36 because of a bill that went through that I forgot about, I did not even think about my account because I keep pretty good track of it. So it wasn't until 5 days latter that I realized it was over drafted. I went straight into my bank finding out I got hit with a additional 5 day extended fee of 25 but the manager was not there to help me, so I called the next day and she was busy so I left my name and number I did not receive a call back. I called an hour latter at about 2pm and they told me the manager had left for the day and may or may not be back tomorrow. I called this morning and the bank manager was very passive aggressive despite me being very calm and nice while she just treated me as a child and telling me that they are not able to refund overdraft fees which is a outright LIE. I decided to speak to corporate the girl I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful listening to what I was say and treated me as a valued customer tell me that she is submitting a refund request it got denied because the bank manager requested a $10 refund so the girl told me that since she refunded 10 that I cant request anymore and offered to transfer me to someone else. That turned out pointless because the lady I was transferred to treated me worse then the bank manager telling me that essentially 10 is better then none and that they will NOT do anymore (courtesy) returns. Mind you I have not had and over draft in years. US bank used to have the nicest and most helpful customer care and I refured everyone to them but I would rather pay a higher fee than be treated like a valued customer then as my money in there bank is not worth being valued. I am cancelling out my sons, husbands, my sister, and my accounts with them today!

They performed an unauthorized credit check. While atempting to upsale me on financial services which I had declined. I found out when I received a letter in the mail. After speaking to the branch manager on numerous occasions nothing was done and to add insult to injury when I called back to follow up. The asssitant manager hung up. I am concerned about the pressure put on bank tellers to sale financial services and then get a ding on my credit report due to slamming. What i had to go throuugh to.close the account is another cusomer service fiasco.
