United States Postal Service

Hours: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address, processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States and its territories. Customers praise the helpful and kind employees at this particular USPS location. From passport services to sending international packages, the staff are described as making the process easy and efficient. One reviewer, Frances, is singled out for her great customer service and understanding when helping with a money order. Another employee, Tom, is applauded for his positive attitude and smooth handling of a passport situation. However, not all experiences are positive. One reviewer had issues with a previous USPS location, where the employees were "really weird and rude." Another customer faced a frustrating situation when their passport appointment was canceled at the last minute, but the clerk at this location, Siri, was able to accommodate them without an appointment and provide a smooth experience. While the staff are generally praised, one reviewer expressed frustration with their local USPS branch, stating that their change of address was disregarded and their mail was being thrown away.
