Food is disgusting, not fresh at all. The Wildomar location has been the worst location I’ve been too. Place small disgusting too. The WaBa Grill in corona is 100% better quality they actually add fresh veggies and plenty not only 1 or 2 pieces.

Been here about 6 times and each time the place is dirty, and run down. The staff, 2 guys and a girl are always super rude, the 2 guys that work together are always cussing and conversating inappropriately infront of customers. They always give you attitude when you ask for hot sauce or waba sauce and say you allready have some, after they put a single packet on the tray. Who ever owns this spot needs to take a proactive role in training and supervising the employees. Super inappropriate behavior and it's been consistently the same each time.

Very unfriendly people that work there!They did not greet me at all or even acknowledge my presence, a nice elderly gentleman said, you have a customer!!!I told the person that got my online order for me, that he Should greet people as they come in...and not leaving them to stand for a long time without helping them.This was my first and LAST Time I will come to this place!Sad...the food is good and healthy ?

Worst customer service ever. Not once but every single time I go in. The kid with the nose ring acts like I'm an inconvenience to him and so does everyone in there and continues to talk to his coworker about video games while I'm literally saying thank you for my order . Last time I came in my order was taken by him wearing headphones and the other guys was too. Horrible . The time before that the guys were literally sitting in the counter. Never coming back here . You can only imagine the pride they take in the food if this is how they act .

So check this out, this is maybe the 20th time they’ve completely messed up my order for DoorDash.. I’m coming down there tomorrow and throat fvcking every female employee while tears run down their face, and every male working is going to get their face pressed against the grill. Until you can complete the orders correctly this will occur daily.

The food here is always fresh, tasty and hot. No complaints on flavor or quality. Service however is lacking. The employees do not greet their customers right away or even acknowledge them while they wait to be served. A simple "we'll be right with you" is all it would take to make a experience go from bad to good.I recommend coming for the food, but don't expect the greatest service.

Good portions and pricing. The soda machine was out of the drinks we wanted . We enjoyed our bowls and the gyoza was actually pretty good!

Hi there,Jeremy at WABAS Clinton Keith is wonderful. Jeremy was so kind to my young son who kept buying food and he helped my son pay cash for his drinks. Jeremy talked to him like he was a grown up and was so kind uplifting positive and nice we will definitely come here again!After taking our order and other peoples orders he then went and made everyone's food quickly and then brought it to our table and made us feel so special!Thank you WABAS and thank you Jeremy!

It's over 100° outside, and the air conditioning isn't working very well, no ice in the drink machine and the drinks are warm. Plus, there is a smell, probably from the restroom. (sewer?) It's not hot inside but it's not cool either. Had to buy a separate drink from the refrigerator.The food is fine, it's was just the ambience.Update: Thanks to the crew that comp'ed me an Aquafina.

Walked in menus on tvs were out. Worker was clueless to what was going on. Another worker was standing back in the food area eating laughing having a good time clear violations while another worker with no hair restrains was handling food. No ice in the machine worker was again clueless as to what the issue was. Poorly ran store. Will be going to another location.

From the moment I touched the doors I knew this place was going to be terrible. I opened the door and it scraped against the concrete and got stuck. The cashier girl rudely yelled at ME for THEIR broken doors, to use the other door (which is also broken so it didn't matter)I walked in, only to realize that the TVs for the menus did not even work! The cashier offered no help at all with that. I had to look up the menu myself on my phone. Keep in mind that not everyone has a phone/access to the internet. Having to look up a menu myself is highly inconvenient as a customer.The whole restaurant looks run down. Graffiti on the doors backdoors, outdoor patio/dining area is disgusting, I wouldn't even sit at any of the tables outside. Ice machine was out, the soda was room temperature.The girl charged me for a large instead of a medium. She didn't even try to remember my name, she got the first letter right, that was it, didn't even sound like my name, so I was pretty confused when she called out my order, as it was a completely different name. Employees seem like they could care less about being there. I'm definitely never going there again.

The food isn't as good as it once was. The veggies tasted very odd. The customer service was even worse. I asked for the guy to apply the yelp offer & he told me no because there was nothing to scan. The place was completely empty in there. Geez, I wonder why.

I went in at 7:48 on a Wednesday and the girl at the counter took my order for a steak bowl with veggies. She gave me the total and everything was normal until the cook from the back comes up to her and whispers something in her ear. Afterwards she then proceeds to tell me “Sorry, we’re actually out of steak for the night”. Now mind you, this is a teriyaki place and they don’t have steak? The meat you probably sell the most of and you’re just COMPLETELY out of it with a remaining 1 hour and 12 minutes of business hours? Seems a little weird to me, but hey, they insist they’re just completely out of steak, so I relent and leave disappointed….. but something about it just didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to call them 5 minutes later with a slightly different voice and placed an order for 2 steak bowls to go from the same girl I had just spoken to…. and wouldn’t ya know it? They miraculously had steak!!!Now why they lied to me? I have absolutely no clue, but apparently the employees of this Waba grill just decide who they want to serve food to on some random arbitrary basis and I apparently just didn’t make the cut. I’m sure it’s costing their owner a lot of money in the process.I don’t normally post reviews, but I’ve never had something like this happen before and I think the management needs to know about the behavior of their employees.

Food is good, multiple options to choose from. Service is usually good. Ambiance is not good and this location needs some work/ maintenance/ management. The front door is broken and makes a very loud sound when you open it. The back door has been vandalized and has spray paint all over it. The tables and floors could use a good cleaning. I usually order to go or I Uber/ DoorDash.
