The first time I went there a few years ago, I was convinced I needed a new tire. Instead of taking advantage of that, they told me the tire was perfectly fine to repair, plugged it for ~$30, and sent me on my way. Since then, they’ve always taken the extra time to help me find cost-effective options, both new and used to keep me within my budget.

Additionally, I wanted to acknowledge Luke, the technician who helped me today. He provided that same level of exceptional service I’ve come to appreciate from Fast Lane Tires. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. “THE GOOD: My experience with this automotive repair shop was all very good. I took my older Subaru, a 2003, in to have a clutch inspection as I felt a slight clutch chatter. Being familiar with the car it concerned me but it was very subtle. They told me there was absolutely no problem with the clutch. The diagnosis fee was reasonable and the waiting room was clean with refreshments and snacks and a clean bathroom right off the waiting room. I was told there were restaurants nearby I could walk to.
They give me a report of my vehicle and told me it was extremely clean, one thing was marked in yellow, the report highlighted green, yellow, and red.
A couple of weeks later on a very hot day I returned because the air conditioner did not seem to be functioning properly as the compressor clutch with cycling, they did ac service and replaced an o-ring on the compressor and a stem on the compressor which is used to attach the hoses for charging the freon. They did not charge me for either of those items nor did they charge me for any additional labor. Their estimate matched exactly with AC service with Freon and die. It's been a week and everything is fine, additionally the clutch chatter seems to have gone away. It had been a long time since the clutch was inspected and because of the high mileage I thought I would get it checked out.
THE BAD: NOTHING BAD TO SAY AT ALL.”

“Have always had great service. Took our truck yesterday, ended up needing 2 new tires. While leaving, decided to do an alignment which they discounted because we bought tires. While there we had our other car wheels rotated and balanced also at a discount because we purchased tires for our truck. Everytjing done in an hour.
