Pumps don’t work, cards don’t work, no employees available to handle this at 10am. Took 4 tries and 25 minutes to fill up. What a joke of a place. Find anywhere else.

BE CAREFUL!!! This Love’s Travel Stop has a CHP/DOT station down the street and at often times the DOT will lurk by the entrance & exit of this Love’s. I got pulled for an inspection by DOT on the shoulder of the road as soon as I pulled out of here. Wouldn’t fuel and stop here just because of the DOT stalking drivers and trucks going in and out of the Love’s. Not worth the stress or BS!

Special thanks to the repair shop. The technician was busy fixing an electrical problem on a commercial big rig but said he would get right to me. He checked and equalized the air pressure on my tires and sent us on our way. It was very late in the day and we were thankful for the excellent service.

Gas station itself was nice, but oh my god. so many mosquitoes. any visible body parts were immediately swarmed when we went outside, and they got in the car. spent the next 20 minutes trying to get them out. i don’t know if there is standing water near the station, but so many mosquitoes.

Showers cost $20 per nose. Otherwise you can wash yourself on the lawn at around 7-8 a.m. by the water divers.

I normally choose loves over every other truck stop as I travel across country every month. I find the ones with dogs parks so I can let my girls go potty and stretch. Well they seem to have a septic system issue inside this dog park and my dog decided to roll in it and cover herself. I’ll note that the location of the dog park is the worst location they could had placed it making it not able to just pull up to unless you pull around into the semi area. They need to relocate this dog park and get it out of the septic area before they kill people’s pets!

Wasted 15 minutes that we didn't have on pump number two. Would not take our card, and the employees could not clear the pump or allow us to prepay. Ended up going down the road to Shell, and paid $0.80 a gallon more. :(

Loves is great to grab just about anything you may need while on the road. Prices are OK. And the selection is decent. The hot food is pretty decent too
