Extremely expensive and very small mediocre sandwich. I hate feeling robbed. What really made me regret this place is seeing McDonalds around the corner.

I bought a red bull large size $4.59 from this shell station and as soon as I set it in my car a small hole sprang up from the middle of the can. I took it back to the cashier Irene and she was very rude and would not let me exchange it.If you are planning on stopping by here, I wouldn’t recommend it. poor quality of items.she was on register 1 #62903:35 pm 6/21/23

Me and the bois were on our way back from a bachelor party. We saw the "chicken shack" sign in the side of the road and immediately knew our destiny. After having the scrumptious chicken sandwich while watching a construction worker scratching his crack, we made our escape. As we left we saw a burrito on the floor which i nudged to the side of the walkway to minimize a possible safety hazard. To which clirk hostily replied "WHy doNt YoU JuSt piCk it Up" a little bit pf background I am not a gas station clirk. Nonetheless 5/5 beautiful experience and people.

I don't even know where to begin. My friend and I came here a few months ago and ordered a hamburger. The hamburger was raw, and when we were offered a refund, the person who attended was rather rude. We were being nice about the situation and merely wanted a refund, and the way she spoke to us was in a tone of disgust. And me and my friend decided to give them another try today and were met with yet another rude employee. We simply asked if a certain employee still worked there because we hadn't seen him in a while and we knew him, and the employee we asked was nice and asked another employee and she answered with "why, does she want to fight him or what" with attitude. But the thing is, she said it in Spanish thinking my friend and I wouldn't understand. We were nice about the burger situation and also when we asked a simple question but were met with rudeness and attitude. So avoid if possible!!! Some of the employees will bad mouth you in Spanish, and they're rude!

Some guy served us, we had a bacon cheeseburger and it came raw with a hair inside. 1 star for the fries.

Their bathrooms are open to the public and there's a little seating area nearby. People coming and going and some are just there for a break. The restrooms are decently clean. It's the first thing you see when you've been heading east on the 20 for awhile, but there are other options near by too.

Great fried chicken, plenty of refreshments and curio items for purchase. They have been the 'last chance gas' cornerstone for the gateway to Clearlake for longer than I can remember.

I remember when they built the market. What a nice addition! There are safe, clean bathrooms and a cute boutique along with a deli and gas station. Everything you need before heading to the north coast!

Posting again because it's magically not showing my review on the page . My family and I were driving through town when someone became ill. We decided to spend some time in the town as we weren't in a rush and were debating on staying put for the night. This place was a joke! Half of the pumps were broken and then their card system was down. We travel with little to no cash and use rewards on debit and credit cards for specific purchases. I don't know how the workers kept their cool after getting yelled at by so many customers. Clearly not their fault when things don't work. Why would they choose to make their day harder? Like they control the card system? Cameron and Christian were doing their best and were explaining a way to kind of get around the system being down. Obviously this meant more work for them, longer lines and more angry people. Kudos to those guys for keeping their cool. As I went to the vehicle to speak to my husband, I had a local make a comment that this stuff was nothing new. This place has had broken pumps for months. They also explained right over the freeway was LOVES and it was almost always cheaper but they lived next door to ORVS which was the only reason they stopped their first. Sure enough, literally over the over pass was cheaper gas with working machines. This place is great if you want an over priced knick knack. Clearly the owners don't care about keeping up on the actual gas part.

This place doesn’t enforce wearing masks including the employees. Otherwise it’s super busy.
