Customer service is great if you have the time to go in but since the ATM machine always has issues and they have limited staff (didn't bank with them prior to the pandemic so I don't know if they are fully staffed) there is always a long waiting time. Thinking of switching banks just because of how inconvenient it is to get cash out or do any none-online transactions.

Two ladies working customer service, two customers in front of me. Took almost 20 minutes to get helped. I don't care that its a small town and everyone knows there mom. Do your business and proceed to exit. Talk on your own time. Customer service definitely can be improved.

The Reason I give 5 star is not the US bank, but all the employees who run this branch.They knows most of their clients by name and what their needs. However colusa branch closed so waiting period is higher than normal.and of course covid -19 too.

Really bad service, there was an error on my account and they didn't want to deposit the money that I was giving them and when I called customer service they got mad.
