Closes at "5". Walk in at 4:55 with important paperwork that needed to be sent off. Clerk says they close at 5. I agreed, told her to look at the clock. Still nothing and continued to say they were closed. Poor service. If you advertise a closing time, stick to it or make it something else.

The best experience I've had getting a passport. Everywhere else was super booked but this post office made a giant task hassle-free.

i drove over an hour to get here for passport appointments, and the workers here are delightful! the four offices in surrounding Sacramento were no appointments for the next month. and i know people who waited hours in line to get a walk-in number.luckily for me, williams location had two availability in time frame. place is small but they are thoughtful to leave a box of stickers and box of crayons for kids. my cousin also forgot to bring real birth certificate and she told him to arrive back before 3:30 and sure enough helped him out. i didn't get her name, but thank you for that!

Cutest friendliest post office I think I have ever been to. Thank you to the gentlemen who helped me submit my passport documents this morning. I made some mistakes on one of the forms and he was nice enough to explain why I needed to complete another form and avoid having my request rejected. I've been to many post offices before where they employees were mean and unhappy but no my the Williams Ca post office.Thank you.

One lady in particular is always very rude, threatened to send my packages back next time cuz I accidentally put a home address and she's always asking for my I.D when I've given it to her before. Can't wait to move out of the area just another reason for me to go!

Worth driving 45 minutes , our appointment was at 11:00 and we got there 30 mins earlier. We were out by 11:00 am and all 5 passports later we were in our way back. Cynthia and Jada were super nice from first minute we entered, know what they are doing, very professional and made us feel welcomed!

Went in to do 2 passports. 2 others didn't have an appointment till the following week, but they did all 4 saving me another trip. We live an hr away. The ladies were extremely helpful and even though I had to redo the forms, they didn't get an attitude and were great with the delay. They also got some good honest entertainment with my 2 year old and my 7 year old singing talent. They made us feel extremely welcome and made the process go very smoothly. Highly recommend this usps in Williams.

Worth the drive if you want to get your passport application in sooner. I was in and out in less than ten minutes! I made an appt but they didn't ask for appt number when I came in. Maybe she looked it up maybe I was treated in as a walk in. Not sure but beats having to wait outside for hours to get an appt . Super nice lady. I came with my forms pre filled out and passport photo so that definitely helped speed up the process. 5 stars for sure!

Thank you Christina!!! (I think that's her name?!). Drove from Auburn area to this post office, since it's one of the only ones in the Sacramento area that does walk ins for passports. She said she sometimes does 30 passports in a day. Phew! What a hero!! Thank you for saving our day, and being fast and efficient!! - they take photos on site - bring copies of your drivers license (front and back), birth certificates (and the originals, since they keep those). - it's possible to bring children here without both parents present. Need a form signed (DS 35? Check online). Absent parent (my husband had to work), needs the above form notarized, with a copy of their drivers license, front and back. I believe they need a copy for each child of the parents drivers license. - walk in appointments are available from 10 am - 12:30 pm, Tue-Fri. - bring a can of Pepsi and a snickers as a thank you for the kind lady :). - waited in line behind a couple from Roseville. We arrived around 12:15 pm, and she was kind enough to take us. - to expedite passports for my three kids, it was close to $800. No wonder CA has a billion+ surplus. Although I guess this is Federal. Oh well. Hopefully we'll get our passports within 5 weeks. - they accept personal checks. Will need a separate check for each person applying. - I believe they charge a copying fee, so helpful to have your things printed or copied at home. At this point, just thankful for the nice lady, and the yummy Mexican food truck nearby :) . So worth driving the 1.5 hrs here instead of waiting in line at 5 am at the Citrus Heights post office. All the other post offices and passport places were booked months out. Thank you!
