My husband and I visited Mendo Mill & Lbr Co to obtain an advice in fixing chainsaw. Mendo Mill Store has different goods for house and garden. The specialists of high level work here! Thus, all members of the store team can give consultations about their products! All goods in the store are well organized on the shelves. Being a gardener, I was impressed when I found the seeds of vegetables that were possible to plant in the garden even in November! Thank you, wonderful Mendo Mill team, for your amazing work!!!

I went there and bought 24 bags of concrete paid and getting ready to show my receipt to the gate worker he said that wasn't his job. Made me feel like I was begging to get my items checked from receipt for proof of purchase. I went back the next day to get more concrete same thing happened just feel like the yard customer service is horrible not friendly and always say that's not my Jon. When i need items from the yard it makes me second guess my decision to go here or make the 30 min drive to ukiah home depot or freedmans. People say stay local but why stay local when local isn't friendly or well priced.

Outrageously overpriced. I understand a couple dollars more for convenience. But the hikes here are insane. Small PVC glue 5$ more a can, weed eater string 20$ more for commercial roll. Would much rather support local than order off Amazon or waste time driving over the hill but I avoid this place like the plague. Instead of being bombarded left and right by people who don’t know what they’re talking about have half the employees in aisles, one more person on a register and more affordable prices. Business model here is insane. Always a line at the register with one person working and 10 employees gossiping in the aisle lol

Nice local Ace hardware. Has pretty much all ya need. Most the staff is friendly and knowledgeable with the exception of a couple. Overall, great hardware store.
