We had an excellent experience with All in One Auto. My husband and daughter were stranded outside of Willits on their way to a college visit. It was the middle of the night, pitch black. Their cel phone service was intermittent and the internet nonexistent.I was able to contact All in One from the Bay area and the dispatch operator instantly put me at ease. She assured me that she was sending a great tow operator (Rory) that knew the area and gave me a reasonable time frame with which to expect him which I was able to relay to my stranded family members. She also assured me that the driver would be able to get them to a hotel once the car was dropped off at a shop.Rory was there well within the time frame, and once they put it up in the truck was able to help my husband diagnose the problem - which luckily turned out to be a quick fix. He recommended a local shop where he could safely leave the car, and he felt it would have the best chance of being looked at in the morning. He gave my husband both his own card and the card of the shop owner before dropping them off at the hotel. The shop was able to help in the morning which was amazing. Both staff members our family interacted with were friendly, personable and incredibly helpful during a very stressful situation and we were very lucky that they were the company we worked with.Service: Car towing

if I could give no stars I would. My 33ft RV had a major tire blow out that took out a bunch of electrical wiring and left me stranded 1 mile outside of Willits on the 101. Called this company, the woman was SO rude which is the last thing I need after a traumatic car accident that due to the blow out pushed me into oncoming traffic almost went head on with a semi. She quoted me $300/hour and said there was a 2 hour minimum. I told her I'd call her back. When I realized that there weren't any other tow companies close enough that would be able to help tow an RV of that size, I called her back and she knew it was me again, and upped the quote to $400/hour. Two days later, still stranded, CHP threatening to impound me if I don't figure something out, so I called her back and she refused to give me service. Had a friend who was a man call her.... all of a sudden, she was an angel sent from god, went back to $300/hour with a 2 hour minimum, but at least I got off the 101 and didn't get impounded. stupid B*TCH

I made some bad choices, and my car got towed/impounded by these mammals. After a short stint in lock up, I went and PAID these people in order to get my car. Now, 9 months later, I find out these mammals have put a lien on the vehicle for unpaid fees. When I called to get this resolved, the female mammal that answered the phone asked me 20 irrelevant questions about why I got towed and then claimed the DMV has to help me. (Lol what?!) When I asked her why she cannot find or view or provide ANY INFORMATION AT ALL, she literally started screaming like a menopausal nut case. It was actually pretty funny when she acted surprised I paid my fines even though I have the car. I haven't had my car impounded before but I kind of assumed paying the fines was a prerequisite to retrieving my vehicle. I dunno maybe the mammals at all in one just let you sign an IOU or something lololol. I mean... there are certain basic levels of common sense which cannot be taught. The mammals answering the phone clearly have none. I will soon see the owner, Donald Keith Hewett, in court. Reference California civil code 3070 if you're wondering how to do it. I'd urge anyone who has encountered these predators to do the same. Also, these people enjoy referrals from local insurance agencies- I have already called my agent and informed them they are leading their customers to disaster if they work with these mammals and I suggest you do the same.

Ten cuidado, este negocio se aprovechará de ti. Be CAREFUL this business ruins lives! 340$/hr,140$storage/gate fee, is meant for insurance's to pay. Outrageous pricing that occasionally finds a local normal person who pays out of pocket. Extra charge If CHP calls! Dosent matter you called your own tow. Bleeding? Need an ambulance? Unless you stay w vehicle, no note,no friend,no one can keep them from STEALING your car/truck! Already a bad reputation for failing smogs for un-needed services, all in one towing are pirates. Actual evil pirates. This is no joke. I was in the ER hearing them say If I wanted my child's booster seat it would be 640$ or my car was "theirs". Their cartel stretches for three counties. They have over twenty employees. Price fixing and exaggerated charges drives up the costs for everyone. Lives are ruined. Those struggling to keep vehicles mechanically sound, insured, and safe for their families cannot face these tow truck predators and hope to win CHP is aware that certain companies charge more then others but remains neutral on pricing and selection of companies who apply to be on rotation. Legal robbery. ¡Por favor, aconseje a todos los amigos y familiares que eviten esta empresa de remolque a toda costa!

Called to inquire about a tow, was quoted $95. Called for the tow 7 hours later, was told it was now $135., a 42% increase. Talk about price gouging those in need of help! Ok, ordered the tow because by then I was stuck.....was told driver would call me in 15-20 minutes. After an hour, I called to see what's up. I was told they called me three times, left voice mail, and came to the tow location and left,et etc. Total BS! I needed a tow, I am sitting there with my phone in my hand, and they pull this stunt. Then they tell me it will be another 3 hours and the price will be much higher. Avoid this BS business-unless you enjoy being lied to, and ripped off.
